    Head of IT (Senior Manager)

    Position Overview

    • The Senior Manager (Head of IT) at EBS Limited is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the IT department.
    • This role involves leading and managing a team of developers, Quality Assurance/Testing, Business Analysts for driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions.
    • The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, managing project deliveries, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) of the IT team.

    Key Responsibilities
    Team Leadership:

    • Provide visionary leadership to the IT department, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of developers, testers, and business analysts.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee the entire solutions delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
    • Develop and implement project management methodologies to enhance efficiency.

    Software/Website Development and Testing:

    • Direct and coordinate software and website development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Supervise software testing processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.

    Business Analysis:

    • Lead the Business Analysis team in identifying and analyzing business requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of business needs.

    Innovation and New Opportunities:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Identify new opportunities for technology innovation and propose initiatives to drive business growth.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Contribute to the development of IT strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Work closely with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.

    KPI Management (To be evaluated within 3 Months):

    • Develop performance roadmap and implement KPIs for the IT team that align with organizational goals.
    • Monitor KPIs closely, ensuring measurable improvements in team performance within the first three months.
    • Specific KPIs include, but are not limited to (based on the metrics set):
    • Project Timeliness: Improve project delivery times.
    • Software and Website Development Efficiency: Achieve a reduction in development cycle time.
    • Testing Effectiveness: Reduce post-release defects
    • Business Analysis Accuracy: Achieve an increase in accuracy of business analysis.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within IT, demonstrating successful project management and team leadership.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) in delivering high quality and scalable software as a product or service.
    • Strong understanding of software and Website development methodologies, testing procedures, and business analysis practices.
    • Practical/Hands-on experience/skills on Software and Website Development.
    • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Customer Service Support

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our CRM department as a Customer Care Support.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • This role involves working closely with the CRM team to enhance customer relationships and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

    • Answer incoming customer calls and general customer concerns.
    • Responsible for maintaining a customer-focused attitude and high level of professionalism by establishing a positive rapport with each customer.

    • View and recover abandoned carts.
    • Create retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis e.g Offer incentives via loyalty and referral programs.
    • Run scheduled surveys to engage customers and get valuable feedback about our services.
    • Continuously improve our company's customer retention rate as well as the average order value and customer lifetime value.
    • Generate ideas to reward loyal customers/ appreciate Customers on their Birthdays.
    • Build E-Commerce reports to track business growth.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • Proven working experience as a Client Relations officer and Customer Service Officer
    • Minimum of 2 years experience.
