    Forklift Lead (Manufacturing)

    The company is seeking to hire an experienced Forklift lead whose primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the operations of the forklift within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for the Safety, Daily Operations & Maintenance of forklift operators and for ensuring the smooth running of all Equipment

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the forklift sections.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections/Health audits of Forklifts.
    • Provide safety training to Forklift operators & Technicians
    • Enforce safe operating procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
    • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies for the forklift section.
    • Coordinate with other departments, such as warehouse, logistics, and production, to ensure all Forklifts are running as per basic conditions.
    • Manage and supervise a team of forklift operators, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of forklifts and related equipment.
    • Schedule regular inspections
    • Coordinate servicing and repairs, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
    • Ensure Preventive Maintenance is Carried out as per schedules.
    • Ensure Critical spares, PM Spares & Consumables are available all the time
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forklift
    • operations, such as DT, PM Compliance, Safety Incidents, R&M
    • Expenditures etc., Identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and report performance metrics to management.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of forklift operations

    Requirements

    • ND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
    • Additional education or certification in forklift-related courses.
    • Proven experience in managing forklift operations within a warehouse or distribution center.
    • Minimum of 10 years working experience as a forklift Lead/Supervisor
    • Can handle 10-15 forklifts Independently.
    • Strong knowledge of forklift safety regulations, operating procedures, and maintenance practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    Mechanical Technician (Manufacturing)

    The company is seeking to hire a skilled professional Mechanical Technician who will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of machinery across various equipment.

    Key Competency

    • Preventive Maintenance skills on Bottling Plant Equipments.
    • Good Hands-on Experience in Utility Equipments like Boilers, DG Units, GG Units,
    • PRMS (CNG Unloading station) Forklifts, Air Compressors, Water Treatment, ETP, Boreholes, etc. are mandatory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the installation of mechanical systems and equipment, including Bottling equipment like rinsers, Fillers, Cappers, Monoblock Filling Machines, Labeller, other machinery, engines, pumps, conveyor systems, and HVAC units, following blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. This may include lubricating moving parts, replacing worn components, and conducting inspections for signs of wear or damage.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical problems, diagnose issues with machinery or equipment, and implement repairs to restore functionality. This may involve disassembling equipment, replacing faulty parts, and reassembling components.
    • Calibrate and adjust mechanical systems and instruments to ensure accuracy and precision in operation. This may involve testing and adjusting pressure, temperature, flow rates, or other variables using specialized tools and equipment wherever applicable.
    • Conduct testing and inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential issues or malfunctions. This may include conducting performance tests, measuring tolerances, and recording data to assess the condition of equipment.
    • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment specifications. Document findings from inspections, tests, and troubleshooting procedures for reference and reporting purposes.
    • Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems, develop solutions, and implement improvements to mechanical systems and processes.
    • Properly maintain and care for tools, equipment, and machinery used in mechanical maintenance and repair activities. Keep tools clean, organized, and in good working condition to ensure efficiency and safety.
    • Stay informed about advancements in mechanical technology, tools, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Pursue additional certifications or credentials to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

    Requirements

    • ND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
    • Solid experience in a Bottling Plant. At least 5 Yrs. is an added advantage/Highly recommended.
    • Work experience as Permanent Employee only – Not Contract/3rd party engagement
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
    • Good Communication skills.
    • Age not more than 45 Yrs.

    • Maintain accurate records of work, including installation plans, maintenance schedules, repair logs, and any modifications made to electrical systems. This documentation is essential for future reference, compliance, and troubleshooting.

    Handling electrical hazards, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and following safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

    Boiler Operator (Manufacturing)

    Job Summary:

    The Boiler operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining boilers, water sampling and treatment systems, pipe repairs, and carrying out preventive maintenance. S/he will be required to work with the maintenance crew to complete all required repairs and maintenance for his assigned machinery.
