    Human Resources (HR) Manager

    Job Description

    • Ensure that the company’s employment and administrative policies and guidelines are implemented in a way to enhance a peaceful industrial atmosphere.

    Marketing / Business Manager

    Job Description
    Leadership and Management:

    • Develop and lead a sector strategy. The plan should include specific activities (including Marketing activities, end seller relationship development, mining development,etc)
    • Coordinate a campaign plan for the sector to make the most of marketing, business missions and VIP visits to/from the Nigeria and important industry events in Nigeria, where they can deliver increased business opportunities for Hudson.
    • You will need to be proactive in formulating business cases for activities in order to secure funding, demonstrating value for money and a quanitifiable return on investment.

    Hitting Targets:

    • Achieve ambitious targets year-by-year, by supporting and winning an increasing share of the market (increase the purchase of particular minerals with competitive rate)
    • Proactively identify local end sellers, owner of mines

    Build Key Relationships to Promote Hudson Brand Awareness:

    • Proactively understand company’s demands, working with colleagues across departments, and at the Department for International Trade headquarters in China.
    • Map and account manage relationships with the most promising suppliers for the territory

    Corporate Legal Associate

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.

    Business Development Officer

    Description 

    • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
    • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.

    Finance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Review of daily receipts/lodgements of cash/cheques and bank balances.
    • Ensure adequate cash flow for operational activities at all times.
    • Review various reconciliation reports of balance sheet such as bank, deferred receivables, employees loans and advances, FX Account, etc.
    • Verify andapprove sales invoices andgoods dispatch note before goods are shipped.
    • Review monthly payroll schedules.
    • Ensure proper financial and operational costing and budgeting.
    • Ensure timely preparation andpresentation of periodic financial statements.
    • Ensure prompt payment of wages and salaries to all employees.
    • Ensure prompt preparation and remittance of all statutory levies to the relevant statutory body.
