    Automated Machine Maintenance / Mechanical Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking an experienced Automated Machine Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automated machine maintenance, preferably in the glass processing industry or a related field. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of automated industrial machines, including cutting machines and furnaces.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate, repair,and maintain automated industrial machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities on automated machinery.
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
    • Collaborate with production teams to understand machine requirements and address any operational challenges.
    • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to enhance machine reliability.
    • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts replacements and repairs.
    • Source and procure spare parts and equipment as needed for maintenance activities.
    • Provide technical support to production staff to ensure safe and efficient machine operation.
    • Stay informed about advancements in automated machine technology and recommend upgrades or improvements.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automated machine maintenance, preferably in the glass processing industry or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years, preferably 5-6 years
    • Industry Experience: Glass processing industry or related field
    • Experience in operating and maintaining automated industrial machines, including cutting machines and furnaces.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate maintenance records.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
    • Proficiently utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Nigerian tax laws, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies.
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects by keeping financial information confidential.

    • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
    • Assist in monitoring and categorizing company expenses.
    • Maintain expense records and receipts.
    • Support the preparation of basic financial reports and statements.
    • Generate routine financial reports as requested to CEO & GM
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
    • Ensure documents are stored securely and can be easily retrieved.
    • Coordinating with financial controller in Beirut branch for all activities
    • Coordinating with operations, GM & CEO

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance.
    • ICAN certification preferred.
    • Minimum of 4years of progressive accounting experience.
    • Expertise in QuickBooks and proficiency in MS Excel.
    • In-depth understanding of Nigerian tax laws and regulations.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
