    LTE Store Salesperson

    Duties and responsibilities

    The person will ensure that retail operations are carried out effectively and efficiently for maximum customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day duties include:

    • Keeping the store fully stocked
    • Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
    • Meeting their sales target.
    • Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction
    • Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences
    • Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines
    • Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments
    • Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations

    Knowledge & Experience

    • WAEC/SSCE/ND/OND
    • Sales experience will be an added advantage

    Nwtwork Support Engineer (Uyo)

    Job Purpose

    The Network Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring and supporting the network infrastructure deployed by Cyberspace Limited for Akwa Ibom State Government. The post holder might occasionally be required to provide installation support.

    Principal Responsibilities

    Nature of Work

    • Conduct best practice research and review relevant case studies with the aim of identifying current/emerging industry trends.
    • Contribute towards the monitoring and support of network infrastructure (Switches, Radios, Cisco Call Manager, IP Phones, etc.) in accordance with international standards.
    • Contribute towards the management of faults. 
    • Manage the network fault resolution process.
    • Manage and periodically report on network activities (e.g. configuration & maintenance, capacity planning, hardware upgrade, etc.) with recommendations for improvement in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
    • Maintain regular interactions with key internal and external stakeholders in ensuring holistic partnerships and customer service/satisfaction.
    • Continuously analyze existing business and industry trends with a view to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Research and propose new/ innovative ways of supporting and managing network infrastructure.
    • Contribute to the effective monitoring and support of network infrastructure (Switches, Radios, Cisco Call manager, IP Phones, etc).
    • The post holder maybe required to take on other responsibilities in line with business demands.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • Ability to think strategically with an eye for detail is essential
    • Ability to communicate and manage relationships at all levels across the business is essential

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Basic knowledge of network types (LAN, WAN, MAN) is essential

    Software Application Support Specialist (Uyo)

    Responsibility:

    •  To provide support and monitor enterprise applications and systems and ensure that end users can use the system satisfactorily.
    • To perform incident investigation and escalation to back-office and to follow up for immediate resolution per SLA provisions.
    • To participate in troubleshooting issues with systems and software.
    • To properly communicate (oral and written) to all stakeholders (end users, back office, vendors, other technical peers) using the right language, at the right time, and respectfully.
    • To document observations daily and write weekly and monthly Technical Report to departmental head.

    Qualification:

    • Management Information System, Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science; at Masters or Bachelor level.

    Experience:

    • 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Required Skills:

    Change Request process, Technical Report Writing, Application Security (from the standpoint of SSL, Antivirus, Data and Privacy Policy, Password Standard), Systems and Software observability, monitoring, and log interpretation. The Windows Operating System and basic knowledge of systems (memory requirements, performance, connectivity to network, and common data types and data formant, file system). Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.  Documenting Incidents in CRM. 

    • Tools and Platforms:  Customer Related Software is an added advantage.   
    • Other Skills:  Knowledge of the Akwa Ibom culture – norms, language, and power distance.

    Additional experience with:

    • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment, and be able to learn about systems.
    • Candidate should be self-motivated, independent, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills that promote and foster a team culture.
    • Possess excellent organizational skills, and communication skills both written and verbal.

    Software Developer for Payment Terminal Management System

    • Candidate: A full stack developer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Experience in PTSP Terminal Management Solutions for POS device management is an added advantage.  
    • Qualification: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Engineering, or any Science field: 
    • Programming Language: Node Js is mandatory, JavaScript, one of C#, Java or C++, Node Js, Express Js, Postgres SQL, C/C++, NGINX Server.
    • Tools and Platforms: NPM, NGINX, Frameworks such as Express, StrongLoop, etc., Linux commands or Windows Power Shell scripting for deploying Node Js, PostgreSQL database or MySQL.

    Head, Product and Partnerships

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Primarily responsible for PSSP business by assisting the Head, CyberPay to execute the following across the vertical:
    • Responsible for product management, and enhancements.
    • Responsible for partnerships and product enhancements.
    • Conducts periodic review of existing product documentation and ensure they align with new business objective or regulatory directives.
    • Help to ensure that products/service functionalities are 100% in line with organizational objectives.
    • Ensure transaction processing services offered to adhere to the appropriate regulatory standards, policies, and circulars.
    • Prepares documentation for transaction processing service i.e. product papers, Standard Operating Manuals, Service Level agreements/business agreements.
    • Prepare internal/external correspondences such as memos, letters, proposals, etc.
    • Provide support for all other departmental activities/tasks as may be required by the Head, CyberPay.
    • Responsible for driving the implementation of projects as it relates to the business.
    • Responsible for the provision of reports/status updates of special projects on behalf of the business.
    • Responsible for resolving all operational support issues on behalf of the business by liaising with internal service providers.
    • Responsible for the provision of all industry analytics that may be required in the business e.g. (Board report, industry report/statistics) to aid decision-making as may be required (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually).
    • Responsible for developing user requirements for new business initiatives.
    • Target setting for the various teams in the group to achieve the departmental target.
    • Identify and onboard key web merchants in the ecosystem to ensure all services are available to CyberPay merchants and customers.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CyberPay and develop/upsell existing business to clients.
    • Monitor and ensure assigned monthly income targets are met.
    • Work with the technical team on the delivery of business-enabling projects.
    • Strategic partnership in signing up billers.

    Nature of Work

    • Grow the products, partnerships, and gain market share.
    • Improve the customer experience and user journey of the Payment Gateway Environment as well as the mobile app.
    • Ensure prompt provision of reports (board reports, management reports, regulatory reports).
    • Ensure prompt tracking and closure of all projects.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    Knowledge & Experience

    • First degree in Business Management/Economics/Finance or Technology. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    • Experience in a similar role (with at least 10 years) especially in the financial sector will be an added advantage.
    • Good knowledge of the payment industry.
    • Good knowledge of Sales/Business Development
    • Having a good understanding of the operations of a Payment Gateway Environment.
    • Good knowledge of VISA & Mastercard payment gateways.
