Job Description

• A Business Operations Manager at BucklerSystems Limited is responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring the company’s activities with Buckler Systems Clients.
• The Business Operations Manager is responsible for improving Business and operational processes, identifying potential business opportunities, and strategic planning and development for Buckler Systems.
• You also have the responsibility of negotiating and closing business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and update Operational Policies and Standard Operating Procedures to reflect recent developments.
• Jointly create marketing strategies, including budget planning, and implementation schedules.
• Attend industry functions, such as events, conferences, work gatherings, and provide feedback and information on the market.
• Develop a rapport with existing and new customers, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
• Prioritize and manage company resources in order to meet goals and objectives.
• Produce and review SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis to ensure Buckler Systems is at a competitive advantage.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.
• Develop successful, high-performance teams through effective training, motivation, and communication.
• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures as well as monitor daily operations and address potential issues as they arise.
• Build Operational processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
• Interpret Market trends and adapt to industry changes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an MBA Degree with 5+ years relevant work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.

Job Description

• Ensure that repairs are performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry accepted good practice;
• Prepare, supervise and control workshop activities, including the scheduling of work for technicians;
• Liaise with customers and diagnose customer concerns with equipment prior to being booked in for service and/or repair;
• Assist all technicians in the diagnosis of mechanical problems;
• Ensure that technicians are using their time effectively and efficiently;
• Upon completion of normal repairs and/or service, inspect and test vehicle with the technician who completed the job to ensure the vehiclet has been repaired and/or serviced in accordance with the customer’s instructions and manufacturers guidelines;
• Ensure customers receive the best quality service by requiring that all jobs are completed correctly the first time.
• Control and set workshop behavioural standards and maintain staff morale;
• Make suggestions to management for improvements on operational activities;
• Maintain a well trained workforce and supervise in-house training as required;
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or management in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Candidate must have experience inAutomobile or Manufacturing industries,in the same capacity.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience.
