    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations
    • Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
    • Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved

    Storekeeper (Construction Equipment & Machinery)

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, the operation of an accounting system, the maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting, and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Exercise general control over all activities in Stores.
    • Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintain record of approved documents and confidential files.
    • Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders
    • Reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required and issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
    • Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
    • Monitor and pro‐actively take action in response to site needs/ requests for construction materials.
    • Anticipate and proactively elevate potential challenges/problems.
    • Answers questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus supply.

    Account Executive

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to our manufacturing and sales activities in the ERP/SAP general ledger daily.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Coordinate with the production and sales departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate cost accounting and reporting.
    • Following up with the stakeholders to settle the IOU and update the ERP system.
    • Comply with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies, implementing changes as required.
    • Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback as needed.

    Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee inventory and cost accounting, understanding the financial impact of production processes and pricing strategies.
    • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing inputs based on manufacturing cost trends and sales projections.
    • Monitor and analyze budgetary control reports, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
    • Contribute to strategic decision-making with data-driven financial analysis and insights.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • A professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.
    • Outstanding attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining data integrity.
    • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial reporting.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments.

    Internal Audit Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver internal audits of determined business areas or department
    • Prepare reports of audit findings and make recommendations to the business
    • Perform and control the full audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
    • Assess the suitability of current internal controls, making suggestions for improvements where needed
    • Ensure the business complies with all relevant policies, industry regulations, and government legislation
