    Bid Manager / Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    • Source private & public contracts for the company
    • Identifying bid submission opportunities through market research
    • Identifying opportunities for tender proposals
    • Write standard proposals as required by each bid
    • Developing and executing bid strategies that align with company goals
    • Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring public & private tender portals
    • Managing bidding budgets,resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions
    • Manage contracts from first bid stage to closing/completion
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices in bid management
    • Negotiating contracts in the favor of the organization
    • Ensuring all deadlines are met

    Job Requirements

    • HND or B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a bid manager or similar role
    • Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts
    • Knowledge of Nigerian Government procurement processes and regulations
    • Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, development and contract negotiation
    • Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal management
    • Attention to details and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.

    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    Job Description

    • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
    • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
    • Performing major accounting duties
    • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
    • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
    • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them into the CEO's office.
    • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
    • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
    • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Conduct any research the executive needs
    • Problem solve any issues that the executive requests
    • Make travel and accommodation arrangements

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc in any related field
    • Must be female
    • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

    ICT Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
    • In charge of the company's technology strategy and responsible for advancing it
    • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department
    • Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
    • Must reside in Abuja.
    • Must have over 4 years' experience as an IT Manager and a Full-stack developer.
    • Proficiency in server management, WHM, WHMCS,Cloud computing, Server Management.
    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
    • Problem solver and critical thinker
    • Analytical mind and research orientation
    • Excellent verbal and writing skills
    • Project and time management skills
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skill
    • Understanding of key design principles.
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery plus PHP, Laravel and other languages
    • Understanding of server-side CSS.
    • Proficiency in back and front-end programming languages.
    • Knowledge ofREACTtools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, Context API and Flux.

    • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
    • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration
