    IT & Admin Intern (NYSC)

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
    • Provide support in scheduling appointments, and meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members.
    • Assist in asset management, managing office supply inventory, and placing orders when necessary.
    • Aid in the setup and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
    • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate complex problems to the IT team as needed.
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
    • Provide technical support to employees, including resolving user inquiries and problems.
    • Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
    • Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Currently serving in Kaduna State with >8 months yet to complete NYSC.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
    • Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.

    Job Description / Responsibilities

    • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
    • Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation and reports.
    • Perform pre- and post-payment audits, as well as audits of inventory and fixed assets.
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion and cost-saving measures.
    • Prepare and present reports that document audit findings and recommendations.
    • Conduct a follow-up audit to monitor progress.
    • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal.

    • Knowledge of internal auditing standards, responsibilities, code of ethics, and certification
    • Working knowledge of the agricultural and manufacturing industry is an advantage.

    Financial Analyst

    Job Description

    • Report on financial performance and operational metrics, analyze results, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Assist in building multi-year financial models, annual budgets, and cash forecasts for management decision-making and business planning.
    • Drive the implementation of the forecast and monitor performance against the plan.
    • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools, and various tracking templates.
    • Analyze costs especially production costs, comparing standard to actual costs, and identify wastages and proffer improvement measures.
    • Assist with market research, data mining, and business intelligence.
    • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Liaise with the Head of Finance on fundraising activities and provide projective investors with information requests.

    Requirements and Skills

    • First Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any other numerate disciplines
    • CFA, ICAN, or ACCA is required.
    • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
    • Good business acumen
    • Proficient in advanced Excel
    • Proficient in financial modeling techniques
    • Strong analytical and data-gathering skills.

    Brand Manager

    Job Description / Responsibilities

    • Clearly define the brand positioning based on sound consumer insights.
    • Translate brand strategy into marketing (ATL, BTL, and digital) and go-to-market plans.
    • Ensure consistent application of the brand across all marketing and non-marketing touchpoints.
    • Identify and track KPIs and brand performance metrics, focusing strongly on digital marketing.
    • Develop and implement processes to monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
    • Align all staff, stakeholders, and business partners around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.

    • Excellent understanding and experience in using the full marketing mix in developing strategies.
    • Experience in digital marketing and a solid understanding of the mechanics of this channel and associated metrics.
    • Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research
    • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
    • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
    • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite.
    • Experience in new product development.
    • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to confidently engage more senior stakeholders.
    • A good team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to work independently and take initiative.

    Remuneration
    Salary is commensurate to experience within the range of industry standards. A communication allowance, pension, and health insurance are included, and an annual performance-based bonus may be awarded at the discretion of the executive management team.
