    Business Performance Manager

    Job Description

    • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the operational and financial performance of the asset.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
    • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
    • Identify and assess risks to business performance, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risk factors to ensure operational resilience.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or any related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Commercial Lead

     

    Job Description

    • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the economic viability of projects, including assessing costs, revenues, potential risks, utilizing the best financial models to forecast cash flows, NPV (Net Present Value), ROI (Return on Investment), and other financial metrics.
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize the value of the asset. This includes identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers, and ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
    • Lead the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans for the asset, including production forecasts, capital expenditure budgets, and operational plans. Monitor performance against plans and recommend adjustments as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s & master’s degree in Petroleum Economics, Business Economics, Finance or any related disciplines.
    • Relevant experience (typically 7+ years) in petroleum economics, planning, or financial analysis.

    Technical & Development Manager

    Job Description

    • Development of technical plans for subsurface drilling and extraction.
    • Advice on evaluation of wells’ potential and forecast results based on technical data and analysis.
    • Production forecasting, reserves assessment and estimations provision of general technical services expertise.
    • Provide expertise support for projects; for the design and coordination of subsurface projects, hands-on technical services, studies, and working with the broader technical and commercial teams to identify commercially viable areas of investment on the asset.

    Requirements

    Process Engineering Lead

    Job Description

    • Participate in Field Development Plan Review and carry along the asset team on results from your work.
    • Identify & Specify Process requirements and define system parameters; develop control and safeguarding philosophies.
    • Provide Process Engineering inputs in technical reviews and Management of Change to ensure technical integrity, efficiency, and safety of facilities.
    • Development and evaluation of STOG opportunities and activities towards incremental production.
    • Provide input into detailed design of new facilities or modifications to facilities undertaken by the team with special emphasis on the Flares Down Policy, energy efficiency and optimization of facility uptime/availability.
    • Support field models and optimization initiatives in the facilities using relevant tools (e.g. IPSM, Unisim, Pipesim and other tools).

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
    • 6+ years’ experience in engineering with at least 4 years working as a process engineer (including familiarity with process engineering tools); at least 2 years in design and 4 years in Operations Support Role or concept Engineering role.
    • Strong knowledge of pipeline design codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO) and familiarity with relevant Nigerian regulations.
    • Proficiency in pipeline simulation software (e.g., Caesar II, PipeFlow) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset

    • Build and update static earth and reservoir models, as essential requirements for well planning, field development activities, planning & monitoring operational activities across company’s asset.
    • Input to geological projects and studies and integrate study results into field development models.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Risk Manager - CRM, Project Management Professional - PMP, Chartered Financial Analyst - CFA) may be preferred or advantageous.

    Senior Seismic Interpreter

    Job Description

    • To provide top quality quantitative seismic interpretation (QI) for geological and geophysical evaluation in identifying maturing prospects and adding reserves through successful exploration discoveries and field development.
    • Champion the effective use of new technology, workstation tools and geological/geophysical quantitative seismic interpretation, to integrate all available surface and subsurface data and add value during the evaluation process, with the aim of identifying new plays and prospects with clear upside and/or high commercial potential.

    Well Engineer

    Job Description

    • Engage in preparation of well engineering design and operational plans for drilling of wells, including well planning, casing design, material and equipment selection, log evaluation, quality assurance and post-job evaluation.
    • Manage the Well Delivery Process (WDP) and the Project Maturation Process (PMP) and ensure compliance with the processes.
    • Manage drilling management systems (reporting, benchmarking, lessons learned, competence assurance, well design, operations standards, technical manuals, homepage, well files etc.)

    Requirements

    • BSc degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Well Control certification is an added advantage)
    • 7-10 years well engineering experience.
    • Have relevant extensive work experience in well construction, completions, intervention, and optimization.
    • Have a competency in drill bits/mills, BHA design, engineering simulations, field operations, and preparation of work programs.
    • Experience managing an IOC or NOC’s Drilling team in the Niger Delta
    • Have competency working in at least two relevant applications: conventional rotary drilling, horizontal and/or multilateral wells, pad drilling, unconventional, coiled tubing drilling, underbalance or managed pressure drilling
