    Key Responsibilities

    • Support function of terminal operations.
    • Proficient in recording of data as required by terminal operations.
    • Check verify and record discrepancies as they arise.
    • Ensure container stacking in the yard or vessel is correct.
    • Effective communicator via all available means (Radio, Face to face, etc.)
    • Enforce safety and security in the assigned area.
    • Reports unsafe acts or conditions.
    • Reports equipment, facility, or cargo damage.
    • Ensures containers are discharged/loaded in good condition.

    Requirements
    We are looking for:

    • Requires minimum Bachelor's Degree / HND in any field / Certificate qualification.
    • Must be knowledgeable in vessel operations, terminologies and concepts.
    • At least basic knowledge of Operational concepts internally and externally.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills with people at all levels across the organization in English.

    • Strong process-oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail.

    HSE Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities
    Performance / Operational:

    • Promote the delivery of continuous improvement and constant drive towards incident free operations.
    • Assist, support, and monitor the implementation of the HSE strategy.
    • Influence colleagues and key stakeholders within the business to become effective HSE Leaders.
    • Lead by example, assure conformance with business unit HSE policies & procedures, and enforce safe working practices across the site.
    • Take corrective action when defects are identified.
    • Develop HSE improvement plans and report on performance improvement.
    • Support and develop others at all levels in the business unit to perform their work in a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible way.
    • Engage and motivate operational team..
    • Ensure that all contractor activities within the premises as well as daily operations are done in compliance with HSE regulations and in conformance with APMT PTW standards.
    • Work cross-functionally to support HSE and Risk Management programs.
    • Support with Incident Investigation.

    Contractor Management:

    • Assure contractor/vendor conformance with business unit HSE requirements and compliance with applicable legislation.
    • Assure that all contractor activities within the premises as well as daily operations are done in compliance with HSE regulations and in conformance with APMT HSE standards.
    • Liaise with staff, contractors, vendors and other divisions within company to ensure that compliance is achieved.

    Training & Coaching:

    • Support the development and delivery of HSE on-the-job training.
    • Promote the HSE culture through proactive monitoring and assessment of the HSE competence plan.
    • Drive the HSE culture by recognizing core HSE values across the business.
    • Maintain and improve your own Health, Safety and Environment competencies.

    Requirements
    We are looking for:

    • HSE Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
    • Technical member of IOSH.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in HSE/Terminal operation with a proven track record in the delivery of business objectives.
    • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
    • Extensive knowledge of APM Terminals Operational Practices.
    • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills and strong influencing skills.
    • Ability to provide leadership, obtain cooperation, and assistance to meet objectives.
    • Proficiency in English
    • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Must hold a valid Driver's license with driving experience (manual).

    Regional Category Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execution of category strategies that are aligned to Global Category strategies. Execution will include regional sourcing strategy execution, supplier negotiations, sourcing events and contract implementation.
    • Manage regional supplier relationships, execute joint collaborative Innovative initiatives, and monitor supplier contract negotiations.
    • Primary owner of the relationship with regional and local terminal stakeholders
    • Collaborate on strategies with Global Category Manager. Bring in Business and Regional Insights into Strategy. Work closely with fellow regional Category Managers.
    • Responsible for creating transparency to leverage our volumes across APMT, secure efficient demand management, share best practices and ensure minimum compliance standards.
    • Develop and manage internal and external partnerships by demonstrating strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Collect voice of customers in the regions and identify opportunities for regional cross-leverage in close alignment with global Asset Category Management and Technical team .
    • Support Supply Chain Procurement initiatives.
    • Regional supplier development .
    • Regional system and data integrity

    Requirements
    We are looking for:

    • 5 years’ or more experience in procurement.
    • Strategic mindset, holistic picture, proactiveness and willingness to challenge status quo.
    • Ability to work with ambiguity and navigate through regional cross-functional and cross-geographical complexities, with strong result orientation.
    • You are a highly result-driven and solution-focused individual with the ability to manage a variety of tasks.
    • Ability to balance both short- and long-term orientation for the business.
    • Good knowledge of regional business challenges and supplier landscape.
    • Basic knowledge of terminal asset and operations.
    • High-level understanding of Life Cycle Management categories and challenges.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Solid analytical and presentation skills.
    • Supply-chain and ERP system know-how.
    • Good legal and contracting knowledge.
