    Execution Coordinator II

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provide leadership to ensure execution of the job scope is done in a safe, environmentally sound, and cost-effective manner to support the long-term reliability of the refinery.
    • Interpret the potential impact of events and foster resolution among the parties.
    • Must fully understand the project and contractor systems, as they will be expected to work within the parameters of both systems.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition to the Level 1 tasks, Level 2:

    • Assist the project engineer in managing the closeout and reporting on the risk assessments conducted on the project.
    • Assist the project engineer in coordinating the flow of information (write letters, minutes, etc.) from the company to the EPC4 contractor.
    • Assist the project engineer in interacting with the government (e.g. license applications).

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in upstream Oil & Gas design, engineering, or management in an EPC contracting environment is required.
    • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
    • Very strong oral and written communication skills
    • Very strong technical background in project execution

    Database Administrator II

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Uses structured query language (SQL) to design, program, secure, maintain, and integrate databases. Processes complex data requests.
    • Ensures that systems are running efficiently.
    • May perform testing on databases in support of modifications or upgrades.
    • Makes recommendations for improvements to database.
    • Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
    • This position would typically include a senior Database Administrator who can perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty.
    • Such individuals could also manage and train other team members and lead projects.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous experience as an IT professional and as a MS SQL Server Database Administrator, SQL, database knowledge, data structure, analytical skills

    Senior Process Engineer

    DESCRIPTION

    • Carry out process engineering studies and provide assistance to any processing activity
      needed to support operations at the site. Carry out process engineering studies within the context of site modifications (SMR) or
      field development and facility upgrade projects.
    • Participate in the SMR process by following up on the implementation of SMRs from initiation to completion.
    • Conduct process studies to optimize production for Onshore/Offshore sites.
    • Review & Contribute to the formulation of Operating Philosophy for new projects.
    • Review & Contribute to the formulation of the Operations Manual for new projects and review/update existing ones. Provide process support for onshore and offshore commissioning, Start-up, Ramp-up & Shutdown
      Provide process assistance to Onshore and Offshore Operations for technical operation problems.
      Assist with any process activities across production sites.
    • Perform core process design activities as instructed by the lead design engineer.
    • Undertake de-bottlenecking studies and recommend solutions to optimize existing
      installations (safety, environment, production, etc).
    • Provide Process design and know-how within JV Operations and to other Departments and Divisions.
    • Ensure that Process Documentation & Design complies with COMPANY Rules and Specifications and with International Standards and that it is kept updated.
    • Ensure that all updated documents are sent to the Document Control team for processing.
    • Participate in and prepare technical audits – PTR / HAZOP /HAZID etc.
    • Ensure contact with process specialists in HQ and liaise with HQ for integration of new Projects with existing facilities
    • Carry out effective process design studies for SMR
    • Provide effective and timely response to technical queries /SMRs
    • Support Contractors to prepare Scope of work or review/validate process studies by Contractors
      Participate in site visits, Pre-studies, basic and detailed studies for process-related modifications to existing installations
    • Ensure that all SMRs are carried out according to COMPANY SMR procedure and within a defined timeline
    • Track implementation of all SMRs through to completion
    • Follow-up on the implementation of SMRs with Engineering, Construction, and Projects.
    • Team and Site Personnel through regular/periodic progress discussions and site visits.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
    • 8+ years minimum experience in process engineering design in the oil/gas industry
    • Should be proficient in the use of Process simulation software, e.g. Proll, HYSYS
    • Valid medical certificate acceptable to COMPANY
    • Valid BOSIET/HUET (including CA-EBS) certificate for offshore missions

    Inspection Advisor II NEW

    Contracts Administrator III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Ensure Contractors work following contract terms and conditions.
    • Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders that support contract services for production work in compliance with corporate controls and best practices.
    • Track progress, and support Supervisors with coordinating Contractor’s compliance regarding company systems and controls.
    • Oversee the administration and performance of service contracts.
    • Ensure contract payments are executed accurately and anomalies are identified.
    • Ensure payments are made to Contractors in accordance with requirements of Company agreements held with Contracts in a timely manner.
    • Advise on contract risks and support the stewardship of gap closure and opportunities for improvement, assisting with prioritization where required.
    • Participate in pre-qualification and contractor selection
    • Liaise with Procurement to ensure required Contract Documents are in place
    • Participate in contract handover between Procurement and Business Line
    • Initiate and Facilitate contract kick-off meeting with Contractor.
    • Communicate with the Contractor to develop a joint Interface Management Plan.
    • Engage in contract life cycle and overseeing the entire contract portfolio for each business line/function.
    • Responsible for stewarding contractor interface activities throughout contract life cycle.
    • Participate in service planning and develop contract strategy.
    • Act as a liaison and coordinator among Procurement, SSH&E and Operations within the business line.
    • Establish and maintain the Active Contractor Tracking Database.
    • Monthly KPI reporting (e.g., Contract Stewardship, Man hour reporting, etc.)
    • Link to other business lines to share best practice.
    • Coordinate and conduct Contractors Site Assessment
    • Coordinate review contractor crew competency.
    • Organize and coordinate Contractor Performance Assessments.
    • Reporting Quarterly interface, A&D compliance, Contractor compliance check and Annual Performance Scorecard.
    • Report Contractor performance to OIMS 8-1 System Owner and Administrator.
    • Coordinate and facilitate Level 2 and 3 quarterly, annual performance review/feedback meetings.
    • Liaise with SSH&E Team to schedule Level 4 SSHE Sharing Meeting.
    • Assist with coordinating Level 5 Annual Contractor Safety Forum.
    • Assist Contract Owner in performing suspension and/or termination to contracts.
    • Initiate and ensure contract completion and close out with a contractor

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Experience with Contract administration, with service-contractor environments preferred.
    • Experience within a large corporation or complex organizational setting.
    • Experience and confidence working in field or industrial environments, including remote locations.
    • Experience working with developing businesses, and also Landowner Companies (LANCO’s).
    • Experience in engaging with contractors, in a developing country environment.

    Inspection Advisor II

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Promote safety within the area of specialty
    • Provide a very high level of quality expertise in inspection disciplines such as rotating equipment, instrumentation, electrical equipment, fixed equipment, or Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) (e.g. NDE Level III for instance)
    • Advise on all quality matters associated with the procurement and installation of equipment
    • Monitor production processes and perform surveillance activities in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
    • Coordinate and oversee activities of third-party and/or Contractor source inspectors
    • Perform surveillance activities, and quality inspection activities by the Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
    • Provide direction to suppliers on quality management. Review and evaluate Contractor’s and Suppliers’ quality documents for accuracy and adequacy
    • Manage interfaces and coordination between Suppliers, Contractors, Quality Supervision, and other Project Team disciplines (e.g. Engineering, engineering and construction)
    • Lead the development and execution of detailed oversight program for high-criticality activities or critical equipment inspections.
    • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), final inspection release activities, review of supplier Quality Control documents, and support closure of punch list items
    • Keep Quality supervision updated with the status of quality issues.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Provide leadership/expertise in quality inspection activities, make judgments and decisions about the technical and physical adequacy of associated equipment and systems.
    • Provides input to and validates Contractor’s / Supplier procedures for inspection and for testing/examining components
    • Generate, review and revise operational procedures for inspection and testing equipment.
    • Interface with Quality and Engineering disciplines to provide inspection and testing expertise in the development and review of drawings, procedures, and Project plans
    • Support project with the development of method statements and/or examination technique recommendations for equipment inspections; travel to construction and/or fabrication site when requested to review and provide technical advice for compliance with specified requirements
    • Coordinate activities of 3rd party and Contractor’s inspectors within the discipline, in conjunction with the Supplier’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team.
    • Utilize Quality Management expertise to perform audits and/or assessments of Contractors / Supplier implementation of inspection activities and document deficiencies.
    • Perform supplementary inspections and verifications by the requirements of the Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) and the Project Surveillance Plan(s)
    • Provide early warning of potential quality problems and the expertise to avoid/resolve them.

    • Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering or science is preferred
    • Experience executing project construction or quality assurance/control of procurement or construction activities
    • Manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience related to project scope
    • Recent experience in selected inspection discipline
    • Willing and able to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide various levels of support
