    Business Development Manager EPC Projects

    Responsibilities:

    • Marketing to clients and collecting information for new projects in Oil & Gas
    • sector
    • Development and sourcing of Project information.
    • Developing and maintaining relations with IOC, Consultants, FEED and EPC
    • Contractors for new projects.
    • Seeking JV and partnering opportunities with potential partners.
    • Assisting company with specific research as necessary
    • Contact prospective clients on a regular basis to provide additional
    • information and advice to conclude all sales activities.
    • Identify the competitive landscape, product and commercial gaps and
    • develop & execute a strategic response/gap closure plan.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical.
    • Must have minimum 10 years’ experience in FEED or EPC business development for Oil & Gas FEED or EPC industries.
    • Experience and Exposure to Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Power Industry Verticals)
    • Self-starter & able to work using own initiative.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build customer relationship easily.
    • Presentation skills and ability to convey value and products and services to the customers.

    Curtailment/ Shipping Manager

    Job Description

    • Analyses production reports and weekly production plan, raising issues that would impact the achievement of the organization’s production figures.
    • Recommends and assists in implementing operating procedures and promotes continual improvement within the department and the company.
    • Manages and ensures all commercial issues are captured in Sales and Purchase agreements - Crude Oil Handling Agreement (CHA), Crude Oil Transportation Agreement (CTA), Crude Swap Contract (SWC) and Gas Sales Aggregation Agreement (GSAA)
    • Build relationships with existing and new off takers, terminal operators, cluster members, identifying their current and future needs.
    • Coordinate crude oil export monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation meetings with NNPC, DPR, others.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Shipping, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or relevant master's degree) is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 10 – 12 years cognate experience, 5 of which must have been in a management position in oil and gas or a similar organization.
    • Evidence of industry/sector participation
    • The ideal candidate for this position must be analytical, well organized, and possess excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable with managing paperwork and utilizing information systems. A strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures is also crucial.

    Planning Analyst

    Job Description

    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the corporate budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and validating projection parameters.
    • Planning and Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis, incorporating economic trends, market dynamics, and internal operational data to support decision-making.
    • Economic Modeling: establish robust templates and tools for determining the economic viability of new investment opportunities and ongoing projects against corporate profitability indices.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to executive management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics, as well as performance against targets.
    • Identify potential business risks and uncertainties and recommend schemes to mitigate their impact on corporate performance.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in petroleum engineering.
    • Proficiency in economic analysis, strategic planning, and market research is essential.
    • Excellent understanding of the energy, oil and gas value chains from “pore to pipelines”. Ability to review, evaluate and professionally challenge all aspects of technical and commercial work programs with the intention of promoting the credibility and accuracy of outputs.
    • Proven analytical/advanced excel skills. Capacity to prepare, analyse and present complex information in a practical, logical and timely manner.

    Asset Manager

    Job Description

    To provide innovative leadership in assets management and maintenance in accordance with the organizational strategy, by ensuring effective and efficient service and product delivery.

    • Execute long-term asset plan based on asset life cycle strategy and ensure profitability of asset throughout its life cycle
    • Conduct recurring Asset Management activities to maximize value of operated/non operated assets.
    • Recommend economic exploration and development prospects to Management.
    • Contribute to operator’s planning regarding all drilling and production activities as well as secondary interventions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of first degree in Engineering, Management, or any Business-related discipline
    • Professional membership of a relevant body e.g., Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE II
    • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in Production Engineering, Subsurface disciplines, EPC, or allied industry with at least 10 years in a management level role
    • Broad experience in operations leadership in an IOC with reputable record for delivering strong personnel and process safety performance; operations, maintenance & facility integrity management; production operation optimization, reliability etc.
    • Adequate interaction/interphase with subsurface team, ability to provide technical assurance, support and expertise to the Asset acquisition team.
    • Facilitation of Joint-Venture partners interactions including managing cash calls, early alignment on the annual budget, monthly actual spend performance, and skillfully negotiating areas of potential disputes and divergent positions.
