    Recruitment, Outsourcing / Payroll Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Using marketing techniques and networking in order to attracting business from client companies.
    • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates for clients;
    • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
    • Organizing interviews for candidate as requested by the client;
    • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
    • Assist with administering payrolls (month end consolidation and processing support as required) to client.

    Qualification and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a relevant field (Master's Degree will be an added advantage);
    • Membership OF CIPM is compulsory
    • A minimum OF five years' working experience in a managerial role in the role applying For;
    • Must be people oriented and client facing
    • Must have extensive knowledge of Human Capital practices and strong consulting background.

    Capacity Development- Performance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, and analyze and organize organizational capacity development and performance needs For clients.
    • Effectively leading and ensuring that the capacity development performance team follow due process.
    • Develop proposals and design training plans for clients.
    • Package and conduct general and specific training program For clients .
    • Evaluate training services offering for different industries.
    • Formulate training policies and write manuals for clients.

    Qualification and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of five years OF relevant experience;
    • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing procedures and systems
    • For the provision of capacity development services;
    • Demonstrated experience in government and private sectors;
    • Substantive training experience, including the design, Facilitation and delivery of participatory trainings.
    • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team approach.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
