    Content Writer (Intern)

    Primary Responsibilities

    Senior Sales Engineer

    General Function & Key Objectives

    • Ensure meeting business goals in terms of product sales, sales growth, market share improvement, profitability, and customer satisfaction in bottling companies.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Grow RPM Sales: Achieve agreed sales budget for RPM brands in bottling companies.
    • Develop sales in the assigned geographical territory through direct sales visits and contracted freelancers if any.
    • Strictly follow & implement a guided sales strategy to achieve growth and sales targets in the bottling sectors.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with established customers through close management of the bottling companies’ accounts and attention to their needs.
    • Assess and define customer applications so that the correct product can be represented. Ensure integrity in the application of the products.
    • To promote RPM brands with a value sales process in all bottling companies.
    • To interact actively with customers to become their consultant in selling our products to bottling companies.
    • To follow up with existing customers showing a high degree of commitment and professionalism.
    • To set and maintain a coherent and clear sales activity agenda in bottling companies.
    • To protect and promote RPM price positioning and premium.
    • Achieve the Gross Contribution of min. 30%
    • Reporting: To report, (daily, weekly & monthly) using sales tools and databases, activities, and information collected in the market (customers, competitors, actions in progress…)
    • Support sales by undertaking sites survey and providing technical advice to both existing and new potential customers.
    • Continuously improve technical knowledge on products technologies and applications.
    • Support the complete sales process with prospecting, discussions, demonstration, exhibition, reference selling, and negotiation to achieve the target.
    • Maintain regular contact with all customers. Spend 80% of your time meeting existing potential customers & finding new potential customers. And 20% of your time for negotiations (closing the quick wins - immediate prospects).

    Job Requirements

    • BSc or HND in any related field but an added advantage in Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
    • A minimum of 3 years of corporate B2B direct selling and sales management/relationship, management experience in related industries in bottling companies, Food & Beverages, Oil & Gas, Aluminum and Steel, Power ETC.
    • Experience in sales of machines and parts (Generators, Compressors, Pumps, and other heavy machinery.
    • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company Proven records of high performance. sales.
    • Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure with high mobility
    • Self-motivated, analytical, and a team player.
    • Must Enjoy the art of selling and be willing to go hands-on when required.
    • Ambitious and performance-driven personality.
    • Must know how to drive and has a driver’s license.

    Job Description

    • Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures
    • Execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables
    • Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail, and business product marketing teams.
    • Implement an effective Digital Marketing and Communications Strategy for all product launches, websites, social media platforms and internal communication
    • Leading ongoing management of digital touchpoints
    • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
    • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
    • Generate reports and analyze the success of advertisements, content, blog development, and marketing strategy on social media channels by using Google Analytics, Facebook analytics and shortened URL to track the success of our campaigns and content.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related courses
    • 1 - 2 years work experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce
    • Experienced with Managing social media
    • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns, and a variety of digital assets, delivering rich media online ads, microsites, and social media applications.
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM campaign experience/Google Ad words and Analytics
    • Certificate in Digital marketing will be an added advantage.
    • Solid understanding of web metrics, and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
    • Planning & Coordination
    • Must be able to work under constant steep deadlines and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
