    Specialist, Contract Delivery

    Job Description

    As Specialist, contract delivery you contribute towards achievement of maximum uptime on all passive equipment and network availability by ensuring maintenance activities are carried out across sites by site maintenance vendors as scheduled.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Ensure site maintenance vendors perform activities in line with agreed terms and conditions. Initiate penalization process where applicable.
    • Facilitate provision of access reference when required.
    • Ensure monthly PPM plan is communicated to the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and relevant site maintenance vendors and Field Service Engineers before start of each month.
    • Track PPM achievement on a weekly basis.
    • Identify avoidable faults after PM is completed and communicate to the regional Operations team and site maintenance vendors for future correction.
    • Track site maintenance vendor performance and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution and uptime by checking vendors’ daily PA/ TCH/ RNA.
    • Track shelter and HVAC issues through available application and pull out reports for vendors and internal stakeholders.
    • Follow up on customers’ escalations and ensure prompt closure.
    • Perform other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager, Operations SLA & Contract Delivery.

    Senior Manager, Technical Accounting (IFRS)

    Job Description

    As Senior Manager Technical Accounting (IFRS) you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate application of IFRS principles and accounting standards within the organization. You will be responsible for interpreting complex accounting rules, implementing new accounting standards, and providing guidance to the finance team and management.

    Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert in IFRS and serve as a key resource for resolving accounting issues and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    IFRS Compliance

    • Monitor changes to IFRS and assess their impact on the company's financial reporting.
    • Ensure that the company's accounting policies align with IFRS principles.
    • Implement new IFRS accounting standards and update existing policies accordingly.
    • Ensure that IFRS disclosures are appropriate, and that data is captured on a timely basis for quarterly reporting.
    • Support the design and development of internal and external reporting initiatives.
    • Ensure that relevant SOX controls are executed, and that documentation meets the required standard.

    Technical Guidance

    • Provide guidance on accounting for complex transactions, including writing and reviewing technical accounting memos and driving any accounting issues to resolution.
    • Provide clear and practical solutions to ad hoc technical accounting queries.
    • Support the company with projects including accounting for new products/services and other transactions requiring technical accounting opinions.
    • Work closely with the Group Financial Reporting team.
    • Research and provide guidance on specific accounting topics and their implications.

    External Audit Support

    • Collaborate with external auditors to address IFRS-related inquiries.
    • Lead the resolution of technical accounting issues raised during the audit.

    Training and Education

    • Conduct training sessions for finance and accounting teams to enhance IFRS knowledge.
    • Keep the finance team informed about changes in IFRS and their impact on the company.

    • Very strong IFRS GAAP technical skills gained with listed clients or in technical department (IFRS 9, 15 and 16 in particular)
    • Experience of working within the technical departments/accounting advisory of a major firm of accountants will be an added advantage.

    Specialist, Tower Loading

    Job Description

    As Specialist, Tower Loading, you will perform loading analyses for tower projects, ensuring completeness and correctness of recommendations by modifying and testing various tower loading scenarios.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Analyze tower loading and enumerate tower loading issues.
    • Review tower loading analysis inputs/ documents submitted by user functions for correctness and completeness.
    • Conduct site visits to determine and communicate the need for further analyses of tower loading.
    • Provide adequate recommendations on tower load in relation to capacity to accommodate additional active equipment.
    • Use approved software to perform tower structural and loading analysis, including checking structural reports submitted by vendors for appraisal.
    • Review, verify and upload all documents sent by tower auditors on Affectli.
    • Maintain an up-to-date Tower Loading Analysis database.
    • Analyze physical/ structural defects of towers based on site visit reports submitted by user functions.
    • Enhance the safety of life and property by making sure that towers are not overloaded.
    • Conduct spot checks of sites as and when necessary to ensure that construction and correction of towers are progressing according to plan.
    • Attend to all vendors concerning issues related to tower construction and correction.
    • Attend meetings with vendors for clarification and to solve any issue that may arise on planned projects.
    • Promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that may arise.
    • Prepare and submit reports to the Senior Specialist, Design on all matters pertaining to job area.
    • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
    • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Specialist, Design.

    Senior Specialist, Non-Routine Maintenance & Management

    Job Description

    As Senior Specialist, Non-Routine Maintenance you will oversee and coordinate all non- routine maintenance activities on sites nationwide, improve network failure rate and availability by ensuring maximum uptime of all passive equipment through timely and quality maintenance activities. Additionally, you will provide leadership to the regional maintenance planners and coordinate their activities.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities.

    • Review the preventive maintenance report and extract non-routine work and follow up for closure.
    • Identify if the non-routine is aligned with the scope of the vendors based on the established contract scope.
    •  Provide clear plan for proactive preventive non-routine maintenance that will support in extending the asset life cycle.
    • Agree on the scope of work of all non-routine before approvals.
    •  Validate the non-routine cost with Supply chain team before approval.
    •  Coordinate with the vendors maintenance team to ensure the non-routines are reported and closed on time as per the SLA/commitment on ttimeline.
    •  Track weekly non-routine maintenance plan achievement as against what has been planned by vendors.
    •  Trigger step-in process for sites that  non-routine is part of the vendor scope and make sure alignment on scope of work is done before mobilization
    •  Validate the closure of the non-routine with the regional team before processing payment.
    •  Follow up with the vendors to submit PFI to facilitate purchase requests by the technical finance team
    • Coordinate the PR-PO process until payment is closed.
    •   Work within the assigned budget for non-routine maintenance
    •  Evaluate the performance of the site after the non-routine maintenance has been concluded.
    • Enforce vendor compliance to set standards and policy.
    •  Evaluate vendor monthly performance on non-routine work
    •  Support in facilitating access REFwhere required
    •  Ensure HSE procedure is adhered to during the non-routine maintenance 
    • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Associate Director, Vendor Management & Operational Governance.
