    Account Officer

    Ifgreen Industries & Investment Ltd is an integrated agro-allied processing company that produces FMCG staple food products of cassava derivatives such as IfgreenVita flour, Fufu flour, and Garri. IFGREEN also processes cassava into industrial raw materials like HQCF (High-Quality Cassava Flour) and Food-Grade Starch. HQCF and Premium Quality Food-Grade Starch are raw materials for breweries, bakeries, beverage industries, paper manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of adhesives, textile manufacturing companies, etc.

    We are currently seeking an accurate, experienced, and thorough accountant to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will demonstrate your expertise in a variety of accounting practices, including accounts receivable and payable, reconciling the general ledger and approving expense reports. To succeed in this position, you will be highly accurate and efficient adding value to the accounting team and upholding our firm's exceptional reputation.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Interact with clients on the phone, email, and in-person
    • Generate billing statements and reports
    • Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual report
    • Review and approve expense reports
    • Review and reconcile the general ledger regularly
    • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations at all times
    • Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm
    • Maintain constant communication with the senior accountant and our clients
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals
    • Requirements and Qualifications
    • HND/B.Sc.degree in accounting or relevant field required
    • Minimum 2-year experience as an accountant or bookkeeper in a corporate setting
    • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
    • Superior math skills and an analytical mind
    • Familiarity with Sage and financial statements
    • Consistent, accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented
    • Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
    • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
    • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

    Sales Executive

    We are looking for a persuasive advertising sales executive to convince potential customers to purchase the company's product and ensure that existing customers remain satisfied with our products and brand. The Sales Executive responsibilities include but not limited to identifying customers' needs, researching competitors' products, and prices, responding to potential customers’ inquiries, generating leads, making sales calls and meeting sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Build good working relationships.
    • Research the market and related products
    • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
    • Researching prospects and generating leads.
    • Cultivate and maintain key client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and in person.
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
    • Meet sales targets.
    • Participating in sales team meetings.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

    Qualifications, Skills & Requirement

    • HND, OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or its equivalent.
    • Experience in Sales
    • Competency in English
    • Knowledge of MS Office software.
    • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
    • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
    • The capability to flourish, adapt and grow in a competitive environment
    • A good level of numeracy
    • Fast learner and quick thinker
    • Passionate about sales
