    Treasury Marketer

    Description

    • The role holder shall be responsible for establishing contact for funds placement, overdraft, termed investments, savings, maintain good relationships, monitoring and stay abreast of the money market, keeping accurate records of staff amongst other responsibilities

    Job Summary

    • The role holder shall be responsible for establishing contacts for funds placement,

    • Monitoring and staying abreast of the money market, coordinating and keeping accurate records among other duties that may be required.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Mobilization of deposits at the minimum rate and maximum tenor possible vis-à-vis the organization’s cost of funds.
    • Customer relationship management
    • Processing of customers' instructions in respect to their accounts.
    • Ensuring all treasury customers request are promptly attended to via e-mails, phone calls and other communication means
    • Daily processing of treasury customer’s investment rollovers and processing of interest payments and other instructions regarding treasury customer’s investments.
    • Supervising the issuance and dispatch of investment letters.
    • Daily monitoring of treasury marketing new deposits, fixing the investment rates based on the ongoing market rate vis-à-vis company’s cost of fund using (Treasury current rate guide).
    • Updating of customers database.
    • Processing of overdraft facilities for Treasury customers
    • Processing of Loans for staffs.
    • Any other duty assigned

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in relevant field
    • Investment marketing experience
    • At least (3) years of experience upwards
    • Male is preferred for the purpose of gender balance

    Credit Marketer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Managing client credit facilities
    • Presentation and appraisal of credit facilities / request for management approval
    • Facility restructuring
    • Booking new credit facilities
    • Preparing credit approval memorandum for management approval
    • Follow up on clients to ensure regular repayment
    • Have a good knowledge of the current policy guidelines by CBN and any other regulatory authority
    • Analyzing credit transactions
    • Any other duty assigned

    Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Officer (ERM)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Sees to the day-to-day functions of the ERMDepartment of the company
    • Identify, describe, quantify, report, control, and monitor all risks in the company’sRisk Universe
    • Monitor compliance with the policies, procedures, operational manuals of the company and report same to Management.
    • To report on the company’s Management of its Enterprise-wide risk, in such a manner as to assist the Board make an informed judgment whether the company is managing its Enterprise-wide Risk effectively.
    • Monitors overall Financial Indicators, Trends, and Regulatory or Prudential Benchmarks
    • Aligns developments in the risk areas with the requirements of the CBN under their risk-based supervisory framework.
    • Develop, maintain, and update risk governance framework as a guide to the determination of Risk Policies and Risk Appetite are set.
    • Risk infrastructure, process, and reporting.
    • Ensure Risk integration and links between risks. Coordinate with business line.
    • Convene Risk training.
    • Risk assessment and action plans.
    • Incorporate risk elements in performance metrics.
    • Ensure lines of business have risk capacity both in personnel and risk systems.
    • Develops and implements strategy for all Remedial and Recovery actions of the company.

    Requirements

    • A good First Degree in any Social Science / Management discipline
    • ICAN/ACCA Chartered
    • An Internationally Recognized Certification from a world-renowned Enterprise-wide Risk Leader like the Institute of Risk Management, London (IRM) is an advantage.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in the field in a financial institution or intermediary

    Compliance Officer

    Job Description

    • To ensure that the issues relating to ethics and compliance are evaluated, monitored, managed, and resolved in an appropriate manner.
    • To put in place monitoring programs to measure efficiency and identify places for improvements.
    • To identify and assess the main Compliance risk issues facing the company and the plans to manage.
    • To report to the Board and Management Compliance risk, in such a manner as to assist the Board members to make an informed judgment/decision
    • To report to the management / compliance committee on any material Compliance failures (e.g. failures that may attract a significant risk of legal/regulatory sanctions, material financial loss or loss to reputation
    • To have free access to information and personnel necessary to carry out responsibilities effectively and the corresponding duty of the staff to co-operate in supplying this information
    • To advice Management on the Compliance laws, rules and standards as it relates to a financial organisation.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
    • Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus
    • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer
    • Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti- Money Laundering, or AML)
    • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Integrity and professional ethics.
