    Barman / Waiter

    Description

    • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly
    • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
    • Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes
    • Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
    • Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed
    • Uphold a high level of customer service and satisfaction
    • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a waiter and bartender
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
    • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
    • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
    • Positive attitude and team player
    • Must reside around Bodija Ibadan.

    Cook

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with set recipes and standards.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
    • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
    • Create innovative and high-quality menu items that meet guest expectations.
    • Work closely with kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items.
    • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

    Requirements

    • Culinary Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel or similar setting.
    • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Porter / Bell Boy

    Responsibilities

    • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring prompt and careful handling.
    • Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel facilities.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
    • Must live around Bodija, Ibadan.

    Hotel Receptionist

    Responsibilities
