    Head of School

    Job Description

    • Design, develop, implement & review the sport program.
    • Work with Coaches and the school admin to deliver the best experience to clients.
    • Organize and coordinate sports programs.
    • Work with other team members to improve on partnerships & client base as well as create new ones.
    • Ensuring proper planning and organization of camps, tours & other sport program.
    • Facilitate admission of new intakes by ensuring a smooth induction process.
    • Reviewing the performance of the School in terms of its objectives as stated in its strategic plan
    • Weekly report and management meeting.
    • Serve as the middle man between the company and clients/parents.
    • Maintaining communications/ relations with clients/parents.
    • Liaising with coaches and Centre managers to develop a rounded & engaging sports program.
    • Advise on, plan and execute training & development for coaches and Centre managers.
    • Plan, manage and execute budget.
    • Ensure that all relevant health & safety procedures are being adhered to.
    • Proper record keeping.
    • Assist with curriculum development/review, implementation and supervision.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Education-related courses or any related Social Science course with 2+ years cognate experience in related position.
    • Detailed Knowledge of organization, Budgeting, leadership, communication, multi-tasking, human and physical resources management is required.

    House Master / House Parent

    Job Roles
    Student Welfare:

    • Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of student-athletes living in the residency house.
    • Monitor and address any behavioral or social issues among the students.
    • Provide emotional support and counseling when needed.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters teamwork and camaraderie.

    Residential Life Management:

    • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the residency house.
    • Assign and manage dormitory rooms, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
    • Oversee the meal schedule and nutritional needs of the student-athletes.
    • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and well-organized daily routine.

    Academic Support:

    • Encourage and monitor the academic progress of student-athletes, ensuring they balance their studies with their athletic commitments.
    • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students who may require extra assistance.
    • Implement study hours or study groups to facilitate academic success.

    Athletic Support:

    • Collaborate with coaches and trainers to ensure athletes' training and competition schedules are well-coordinated with their academic commitments.
    • Offer mentorship and guidance to athletes in their athletic pursuits.
    • Monitor and address any injuries or health concerns that may arise.

    Communication:

    • Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to update them on students' progress and well-being.
    • Communicate with school administrators, coaches, and teachers to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

    Emergency Preparedness:

    • Develop and implement emergency procedures for the residency house.
    • Conduct regular safety drills and ensure all necessary safety equipment is available and functional.

    Role Model and Leadership:

    • Set a positive example for student-athletes in terms of behavior, discipline, and dedication.
    • Encourage and instill good values, sportsmanship, and ethical behavior in students.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Keep records of student-athletes' attendance, behavior, and academic progress.
    • Prepare reports and provide feedback to school administrators on the residency house's activities and achievements.
