    Gender Curriculum Advisor

    As a volunteer, you will:

    • Using your skills and expertise, develop a gender curriculum in line with the local context to advance gender equality
    • Develop comprehensible Gender Training Manual to act as a resource for future trainers including training activities and handout materials
    • Contribute to capacity-building initiatives to transfer knowledge to the local partner and staff
    • Ensure the alignment of PHSEA to the Women at risk international foundation Gender Policy

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant areas (Social Sciences, International Development)
    • Relevant certificates/diplomas in Gender and Gender Curriculum Development
    • Formal training in Gender Curriculum Development

    Essential Background:

    • At least 2 years’ experience working on Gender Curriculum development and related projects.
    • Experience gender curriculum development and training requirements.
    • Excellent oral and writing skills.
    • Ability to work on own initiative.

    Start Date: January - February 2023 (flexible)

    Placement Length: 6 Months

    Language Requirements: English Level 5-Fluent

    Fundraising & Resource Mobilization Advisor

    As a volunteer, you will:

    • Develop a funding strategy and create a portfolio of funders
    • Work with the program development team to develop three unsolicited proposals
    • Work with the program team to develop two fundraising activities/ideas/events

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant areas (Social Sciences, International Development)
    • Relevant certificates/diplomas in Resource Mobilization/Fundraising.

    Essential Background:

    • At least 2 years of experience working on resource mobilization-related/fundraising projects.
    • Experience writing multiple proposals and understanding funders' requirements.
    • Excellent oral and writing skills.
    • Ability to work on own initiative.

    Start Date: January - February 2023 (flexible)

    Placement Length: 6 Months

    Language Requirements: English Level 5-Fluent
