    Technology Training and Support Specialist 

    Reference Number: ERA-EDP01 

    Job Summary: 

    • As a Training and Support Specialist, you will equip the project First Responders, ambulance, and hospital partners with the skills, knowledge, and know-how they need to use technology to deliver exceptional emergency medical services.
    • This role is responsible for delivering training programs to help the project team understand and utilize our software applications, systems, and tools. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Support the creation and updating of training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and multimedia presentations.
    • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for the Project team, Hospital Partners, Ambulance Drivers, and selected stakeholders.
    • Customize training sessions to cater to different skill levels and learning styles.
    • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and adjust training methods as needed.
    • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via various channels (e.g., email, phone, chat).
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate tech team members.
    • Document support interactions and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation of software applications, systems, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Contribute to the development of a knowledge base for self-service resources.
    • Implement hands-on technical training and onboarding programs for first responder network, ambulance, and hospital partners.
    • Provide ongoing learning opportunities and support using various mediums (e.g., live sessions, online learning).
    • Partner with Clinical Lead to track KPIs to measure training effectiveness.
    • Scheduling, coordinating, and delivering hands-on training sessions with appropriate trainers and trainees, and constantly improving our program and resources.
    • Maintaining accurate and detailed training records, and ensuring training associated with the responsibilities of each position are up to date.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven experience in training delivery and technical support is ideal.
    • Proficiency in a wide range of software applications and systems.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Very comfortable using technology – mobile devices, mobile apps, and desktop/web applications.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn and ability to learn fast.
    • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, CompTIA A+) is a bonus.
    • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

    Paramedics

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for dedicated Paramedics to deliver quality emergency medical services.
    • The role involves providing pre-hospital care, administering medical treatment, and ensuring the safe transport of patients to medical facilities.
    • We are interested in a committed, self-motivated, focused, and compassionate person to fill this gap.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to emergency calls, assess patient condition, and make critical care decisions quickly.
    • Work closely with community-based first responders to manage patients.
    • Evaluate the patient’s condition on the scene and perform preliminary diagnosis.
    • Stabilize patients or provide immediate treatment of injuries or sudden illnesses by applying a variety of pre-hospital treatments.
    • Use technology tools to communicate with dispatchers, emergency victims and hospitals and facilitate transportation to hospitals if needed.
    • Monitor the patient’s condition en route to the hospital.
    • Collaborate with interested parties (police, firefighting unit, doctors etc.)
    • Prepare accurate reports on all incidents and patients’ cases.
    • Adhere to established medical protocols and procedures as well as legal guidelines and health and safety standards.
    • Keep abreast with new treatment and medical procedures through continuous training.
    • Handle non-medical situations such as crowd control and protecting the valuables of a patient if necessary.
    • Collect pertinent patient care data and transfer that data to a medical professional based on state guidelines.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • 3+ years proven experience as a paramedic. 
    • First Aid / CPR Certification
    • Valid Driver’s License 
    • Certified First aid / CPR Instructor desirable but not required.
    • HND in Emergency Medical Technology (Paramedics) or its equivalent

    Ambulance Driver

    Reference Number: ERA-EDP04 

    Job Description:

    • We are in need of skilled Ambulance Drivers to transport patients safely to medical facilities.
    • The role requires a valid driver’s license, knowledge of safe driving practices, and the ability to respond to emergencies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspecting the ambulance before each shift, checking the fuel, oil, transmission fluid, wiper fluid, and coolant, and reporting any needed repairs.
    • Checking the first aid and medical supplies inventory levels before each shift and ensuring the ambulance is well-stocked.
    • Assisting patients onto gurneys and loading them into the ambulance.
    • Driving an ambulance as quickly and as safely as possible to transport patients to the hospital.
    • Providing first aid or administering oxygen if the patient requires care before reaching the hospital.
    • Sanitizing the ambulance and safely disposing of any medical waste and soiled linens.
    • Maintaining a driving log with daily entries and noting relevant names and addresses, travel times, mileage, and service performed.
    • Reporting accident facts to medical personnel and police officers, when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years driving experience
    • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
    • Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.

    QA Engineer

    Job Summary 

    • We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. 
    • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. 
    • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. 
    • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. 
    • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools. 
    • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. 
    • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. 
    • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. 
    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product manager) to identify system requirements. 
    • Monitor debugging process results.
    • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
    • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
    • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • Proven experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing. 
    • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, testing types, and best practices. 
    • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA). 
    • Experience with test automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). 
    • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. 
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. 
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
    • Proven work experience in software development
