    Experiential Sales Lead

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
    • Monitor sales performance and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
    • Build a motivated sales team to help achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Drive sales growth by setting ambitious sales targets and motivating the sales team to achieve them.
    • Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

    Experiential Marketing:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging experiential marketing events, such as product demonstrations, pop-up shops, and promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all experiential marketing activities.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

    Customer Experience:

    • Create an exceptional experience for customers throughout their journey with us across various touch points, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
    • Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the brands values and demonstrating expert knowledge of the brand and products.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing help with educating customers and customising product selection to create a seamless shopping experience
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

    Team Management:

    • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
    • Provide ongoing guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and implement development plans to enhance individual and team performance.
    • Foster a positive and caring work environment, encouraging respect, teamwork, open communication, and professional growth in line with our brand values.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
    • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the skincare, beauty, hospitality or personal care industry.
    • Strong understanding of experiential marketing principles and techniques.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results.
    • In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

    Head of Operations

     

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute the operational strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives of the experiential skincare brand.
    • Provide strategic guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Align operational priorities with the brand’s vision and growth plans.
    • Identify market opportunities, drive innovation, and explore new channels or markets to expand the brands reach and revenue.

    Operations Management:

    • Oversee and optimize all aspects of operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and distribution.
    • Implement lean management principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and best practices to optimize operational processes.
    • Implement efficient production planning processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality skincare products while optimising costs.
    • Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivery to customers, to maximize efficiency and minimize lead times.
    • Establish operational performance metrics, targets, and KPIs to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

    Financial Management:

    • Drive financial performance and profitability by effectively managing operational budgets, controlling costs, and optimising resources.
    • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency without compromising quality.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Identify and lead process improvement projects to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
    • Proven track record as a Head of Operations or in a similar executive leadership role within the skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industry.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and distribution.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management, cost optimization, and financial analysis.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive operational excellence.

    Junior Lawyer

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drafting legal documents such as motions and briefs
    • Reviewing court orders and rulings to ensure compliance with judicial rulings
    • Participating in negotiations with opposing counsel until settlement is reached on one or more issues in a case
    • Conducting legal research regarding case law and statutes related to the case at hand
    • Drafting complaints, motions, and briefs in support of clients’ cases
    • Research the facts of cases to determine which side has the strongest argument.
    • Communicating with clients regarding their case status and any updates to their case
    • Proposing settlement offers based on the facts of a case to avoid trial
    • Ensuring that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.

    Requirements
