    Executive Assistant

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO and senior management.
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments. and organize meetings.
    • Oversee special projects and executive outreach efforts.
    • Handle social media management and website SEO.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage emails and phone calls efficiently.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Support project management and event planning.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as a senior administrative or executive assistant.
    • Creative thinking and ability to act With urgency.
    • Strong service focus and excellent communication skills.
    • Commitment to excellence and strong business acumen.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Previous experience in an executive assistant role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Trello,Calendly. ond Google Suite.
    • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

    Social Media Manager

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Create captivating visuals, especially Reels, for lead generation.
    • Develop engaging content and schedule posts.
    • Manage collaborations with relevant pages.
    • Generate reports and engage with audience feedback.
    • Execute newsletter campaigns and lead magnet strategies.
    • Contribute to campaign strategy and monitor online channels.
    • Assist with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
    • Attend company events, meetings, and training.
    • Oversee website management and handle additional tasks as assigned.
