    Crane Technician (Mechanic)

    Responsibilities
    Inspection and Maintenance:

    • Conduct regular inspections of cranes to identify and address potential issues.
    • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of crane equipment.
    • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any abnormalities.

    Troubleshooting and Repair:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in crane systems.
    • Execute timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
    • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex technical problems.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure that all crane equipment adheres to industry regulations and safety standards.
    • Conduct safety inspections and participate in safety meetings to promote a secure working environment.
    • Implement corrective actions to address safety concerns promptly.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair activities.

    Training and Development:

    • Stay informed about advancements in crane technology and industry best practices.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Technical certification or degree in mechanical or related field preferred.

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Crane Technician or similar role.
    • Familiarity with a variety of crane types and models.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
    • Ability to use hand and power tools with precision.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

    Certifications:

    • Relevant certifications in crane operation and maintenance are a plus.

    Crane Supervisor

    Responsibilities
    Supervise Crane Operations:

    • Oversee and coordinate all crane operations on the worksite.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of seven years of Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor or a similar role in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of crane operations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Certification as a Crane Operator or equivalent is a plus.

    Hydraulic Specialist

    Key Responsibilities
    Hydraulic System Design and Optimization:

    • Develop and design hydraulic systems based on project requirements.
    • Optimize existing hydraulic systems for improved efficiency and performance.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate hydraulic components into overall system designs.

    Installation and Commissioning:

    Key Responsibilities
