Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize Public Relations (PR) strategies to grow and sustain visibility in the media.
• Implement PR initiatives that are aimed at achieving maximum visibility across different media platforms, including print, broadcast and online media outlets
• Identify media trends, news cycles and spin opportunities
• Identify and manage relationships with key media outlets, editors and journalists
• Analyze and measure performance of PR efforts

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years and above working experience
• We want Individuals who have been studying abroad in China.
• Individuals who can speak Chinese very frequently is preferred.
• Ability to deal with lots of problems is required.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Chinese very frequently.
• Excellent written and oratory skills; both in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication and engagement with Chinese media partner
• Experience in PR (both traditional and digital channels) and possess good media relations
• Highly meticulous and strong executional abilities

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate shall be concerned with sampling, specifications, testing, documentation, release procedures which ensure that the necessary and relevant tests are carried and that the materials are not released for use, nor products released for sale or supply until their quality has been judged to be satisfactory.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing specifications for all raw materials, packing materials, finished products, intermediates and solvents, and reagents used in analyses.
• Inspecting, sampling, and testing of all starting materials including packaging materials, intermediate and finished products as per procedures defined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Schedules, coordinates and monitors a wide variety of Quality Control tests which are performed in accordance with approved protocol.
• Performing stability testing to assess product stability.
• Conducts internal audits on department test methods and activities to confirm compliance and to identify improvement.
• Monitoring environmental conditions are met as per current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.
• Preparing analysis reports for the tested samples, and recording and investigating any results that are Out Of Specifications (OOS).
• Approving product batches for sale after ensuring it meets quality, safety and efficacy standards prescribed.
• Calibration of all laboratory instruments and devices used in the testing.
• Validation of analytical methods used in the testing.
• Retaining reference samples from each batch of products released to the market.
• Reviewing the batch manufacturing and packing records and assessing the test reports to ensure products are of the desired quality and have been properly packed and labeled.
• Participating in any investigation that follows market complaints about the quality of a product.
• Maintains laboratory equipment in line with preventative maintenance schedules.
• Develops and revises laboratory procedures in accordance with current testing guidelines and good manufacturing procedures.
• Prepares of documentation including validation protocols, reports and associated deviations. .
• Releases products from testing once all criteria are met, as specified in the procedures and testing specifications.
• Provides guidance to the Quality Control team on the application of the internal and external regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Pharmacy Graduate (B.Pharm, M.Pharm)
• 3-8 years of experience as a quality control pharmacist.
• ability to work extra hours if needed
• ability to work in shifts (shift Rotation) when required
• Able to carry out laboratory work in accordance with laboratory procedures.
• Accurate generation, recording and presentation of test results.
• Must have the ability to accurately execute protocols and prepare draft reports with supervision.
• Ability to meet workloads and project deadlines.
• Excellent English, verbal / written communication
• Ability to work well through others.

• Graphic Design: Design engaging and impactful graphics for a wide range of projects, including marketing campaigns, web content, and event materials.Produce visually stunning and effective infographics, illustrations, and icons.
• Marketing and Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for digital and print marketing campaigns. Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and advertisements.
• Web Design: Assist in the design and maintenance of the companywebsite, ensuring an appealing and user-friendly experience. Create web graphics and visuals to enhance online content.
• Presentation Design: Craft visually appealing and informative presentations for internal and external purposes, including pitches, webinars, and reports.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with project goals. Receive feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent creativity and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years experience of which 3 must be in a Manufacturing firm
• Sound experience using ERP such as SAP, Oracle, and SAGE is a MUST
• Professional qualification and audit experience are pluses.
