    Quality Assurance Coordinator -Oil & Gas

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes to pinpoint improvement and optimization opportunities.
    • Lead the development and execution of strategic process improvement initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, productivity, and quality.
    • Actively search for innovation and adopt industry best practices to facilitate continuous business enhancements.
    • Collaborate with teams across various functions to collect data and insights on process efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Employ analytical tools and methodologies to uncover the root causes of process inefficiencies and devise actionable solutions.
    • Track and assess the impact of implemented improvements using data analysis and stakeholder feedback to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
    • Effectively communicate ongoing progress, outcomes, and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders, from management to frontline employees.
    • Facilitate training sessions and provide support to staff regarding new processes and procedures to ensure a smooth transition and adoption.
    • Play a key role in the creation, upkeep, and refinement of process documentation, standards, and guidelines.
    • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the business process improvement sphere.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar capacity.
    • Strong proficiency in process improvement methodologies, including but not limited to Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean.
    • Experience with API Q2 training or practice is highly desirable.
    • Active membership in relevant professional bodies is preferred.

    Slickline Operator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out tubing integrity investigation using a drift or gauge cutter run
    • Ensure there is no hold-up or tight spot in tubing pressure testing
    • Ensure all wax is cleared in the tubing to avert problems during the production of crude oil
    • Install and remove gas lift valves and dummies to enhance the increase in oil production
    • Install and retrieve plugs for well securing and well killing
    • Ensure adequate sand bailing
    • Install and retrieve FSE injection valve and SESSV (SESSV CHANGE OUT) to increase oil
    • production and enhance the safety of oil well
    • Carry out direct measurement of sand face pressure and time variation, temperature, and pressure
    • storage effect, production index, porosity, and viscosity using electronic gauges
    • Coordinate zone change for proper SSD opening
    • Carry out all Slick line well intervention operations
    • Assemble tools and perform Slick line services, i.e. gauge runs, pulling and setting plugs, etc. in
    • various field locations
    • Ensure the operations of Slick line services offered by the company are done safely and efficiently
    • and according to established standards and guidelines
    • Ensure all safety practices are implemented before, during and after the well-service operation
    • Provide technical assistance to other field operation personnel on location to assure work is
    • carried out according to set schedules and procedures. Maintenance, such as the removal of
    • wax, scale, sand, and fill build-ups, terminating flow and setting hydraulic packers using sealing
    • plugs, gauge cutting, setting or removing plugs, deploying or removing wireline, retrievable valves
    • and memory logging of down-hole logs using Memory Production Logging Tools (MPLT) and
    • down-hole vision (using run cameras).
    • Control of sliding sleeves to open and close access to zones and the replacement of gas lift
    • valves.
    • Measure the depth of the well, well perforation (using run gun assemblies) and down-hole
    • pressures and temperatures (using run gauges). 
    • Write a report on activities on the field.

    Qualifications:

    • minimum of HND or B.SC. in any engineering field
    • 3 years’ experience in Slick line operations
    • Must have IWCF, BOSIET, etc
    • Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Word, Excel)
    • Slick Line Competency Certificate
