    Relationship Manager

    Role Overview:

    As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, nurturing strong relationships, understanding their financial objectives, and offering tailored solution. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving clients’ satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize referral networks and centres of influence to identify and pursue potential new clients, looking for ways to cultivate a long -term business relationship.
    • Ensure customer documentation is complete and in compliance with the company/regulator's requirements
    • Understand clients' financial goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
    • Actively promote and cross-sell various products to customers in order to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Offer products and services that meet the customer's financial needs including credit facilities and investments.
    • Assist customers in opening new accounts , manage their existing accounts, and resolve any account –related inquiries or issues
    • Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
    • Guide clients in making informed decision regarding investments , loans and other financial products
    • Ensure all clients documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and financial products to provide valuable insights and advice to customers
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and comprehensive financial solutions.
    • Analyze customers' financial profiles and goals to propose appropriate investment strategies or recommend suitable financial products.
    • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business administration, or a related field
    • Proven expenence as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within finance industry
    • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
    • Excellent communication , negotiation , and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Detail -oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in using Bank software is an added advantage
    • Familiarity with Banking regulations and compliance standards

    Credit and Risk Analyst

    Role Overview: 

    As a Credit and Risk Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating credit applicattions, assessing risk levels, and ensuring prudent lending decisions. Your expertise will guide our financial strategies, helping us maintain a balanced portfolio and mitigate potential risks effectively.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine creditworthiness.
    • Assess and quantity potential risks associated with credit applicants.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize credit policies and procedures.
    • Reconcile credit files and identify any discrepancies and variance.
    • Identify and evaluate Economic and financial trends that may present a risk to the company.
    • Perform Enterprise risk assessment and identify areas of lapses with appropriate recommendations.
    • Understand Business, Economic and Industry Risk.
    •  Monitor existing credit accounts to identify and mitigate potential risks.
    • Prepare detailed reports outlining credit and risk assessment findings.

    Requirements: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of Five (5) years working experience.
    • Proven experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and lending principles.
    • Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and using Microsoft office and financial modeling tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong attention to details
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
