    Sales and Growth Manager- D2B Solutions

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking for a Sales and Growth manager to spearhead our sales and growth strategies, driving the expansion of the Data2Bots Solutions.
    • To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge in B2C and B2B sales and growth. 

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field or Marketing, or similar.
    • Must reside in Abuja
    • Knowledge in Tech sales is a plus
    • Must have nothing less that 5 years of proven experience in this role
    • Advanced knowledge of B2C and B2B sales and growth strategy.
    • Experience in identifying profitable B2C and B2B sales opportunities and potential customers.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify opportunities, analyze challenges and propose innovative solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Guide prospects through the sales funnel by providing relevant information, addressing objections, and nurturing relationships.
    • Analyze sales funnel metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the conversion process.
    • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
    • Evaluating and improving B2C and B2B sales and growth strategies.
    • Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
    • Analyze D2B Solutions processes for efficiency and effectiveness
    • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in companies and develop a long-lasting relationship with them.
    • Develop a database of current and prospective clients
    • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
    • Identifying new B2C and B2B clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
    • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
    • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.

    Recruitment Specialist - Talent Pipeline

    About the role

    • As a Recruitment Specialist for the Talent Pipeline value stream, you will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and upskilling candidates for the pipeline.
    • Your responsibilities will involve managing the recruitment process, sourcing tech roles for potential placements, and ensuring successful talent placements in collaboration with our Sales & Growth Specialists. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment to identify suitable candidates for our data engineering consultant program.
    • Collaborate with the Sales & Growth Team to understand client needs and source tech roles that align with candidates' skill development goals.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills, ensuring a high standard of talent for upskilling programs.
    • Manage candidate relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the upskilling journey.
    • Strategically target and apply for tech roles on behalf of candidates, ensuring a seamless transition from upskilling to job placement.
    • Collaborate with the Sales & Growth specialists to achieve the overall goal of placing candidates in permanent & project roles in Europe. 
    • Actively contribute to maintaining a pool of 4 candidate cohorts in the talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for upskilling programs.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
    • Understanding of data engineering and related tech roles.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving talent placement targets.
    • Knowledge of the tech job market and trends.
