    Area Sales Manager (Beverages)

    Responsibilities

    • Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets, expand market share, sales forecasting reports, sales pipeline, and build strong customer relationships.
    • Responsible for leading and managing the sales team within your assigned area.

    Job Description

    • Ensure the safety, deployment and installation of all brand elements at various SBPs
    • Ensure accurate book keeping of all brand elements working with the procurement team and the sales team
    • Create brand loyalty through building good relationships with all SBPs attached to you

    Responsibilities

    • Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
    • Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
    • Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
    • Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.

    Utility Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for air compressors, Dryers, Plant Machinery chillers, Boilers, Water Treatment Plant, ETP Plant regular activities monitoring.
    • Filters cleaning, coil cleaning, blower greasing, maintenance of all equipment
    • Compressor, Dryers and Chillers Parameter monitoring.
    • Equipment preventive maintenance, break down maintenance., shut down maintenance. Record of all these maintenances.
    • To ensure housekeeping of above area
    • Material requirements in above area, status of available spares, record of Critical spares, Minimum stock verifications in stores Indent for required material
    • Specification record, P & I drawing for existing systems for above areas

    • Spare parts availability, shortage and requirement details for above area.
    • ISO documentation.
    • Record maintaining for breakdown analysis (quarterly), weekly meeting, indent & RGP in computer with daily report.
    • Record maintenance for preventive, predictive, shut down maintenance.
    • Data collecting & analysis for power consumption, generation & consumption of various utilities.
    • Upkeeping of all files.
    • Specification records, vibration analysis, & condition maintaining of equipment.
    • Shift duties and complete responsibility of shift.

    Electrical Electrician Cum Supervisor (Process Industries)

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for daily breakdown handling &record keeping in the report.
    • Responsible for monthly preventive maintenance on all machines
    • Daily log book recording according to work done.
    • Spare part stock and record verifying from store, raising P.R for new consumable/spares requirement.
    • Weighing scale Checking and check the calibration of weighing scales on daily basis.
    • Development and up gradation projects related to machine and parts.
    • Battery service, Battery Water filing and Maintenance of battery operated Forklifts, stackers, trolleys.
    • Plant Electrical Energy record keeping on weekly basis.
    • Machine Panel, Panel Cooling System and Panel AC checking on daily basis.
    • New Machine installation or shifting as per process requirement
    • Daily Log book entry in computer.
    • Maintaining 5S in the department as well as for machinery.
    • Participation in the KAIZEN program.
    • Regularly reporting to immediate in charge about the progress or pending.
    • Monitoring and correction of Plant safety from any electrical Hazard.
    • Proper dressing of all electrical Panels for machine and Power distribution.
