    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
    • Maintain and update company databases
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
    • Answer queries by employees and clients
    • Update office policies as needed
    • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
    • Book meeting rooms as required
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
    • Arrange travel and accommodations
    • Schedule in-house and external events.

    Requirements

    • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
    • Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
    • Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
    • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to multitask.

    Realtor

    Responsibilities

    • Listing propertiesfor sale, usually on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
    • Sharing brokerage listings with other MLS brokers to get buyers to go to listings
    • Advising real estate investorson how they better invest.
    • Supervising estate locations
    • Reporting results and feedback to opertion/admin staffs
    • Helping buyers locate properties within their desired geographical area, price range and other criteria
    • Assisting buyers with visiting properties
    • Working with buyers during the sale.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
    • Communication skills
    • Familiarity with real estate laws
    • Knowledge of customer service and real estate standards
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle stress and operate under deadlines
    • Supervisory skills.
