Education has taken a swift turn from the parochial and certificate focused stance to application of knowledge for self - fulfillment. This is the whole purpose of 9 - 3- 4 system of education fashioned by the federal Government aimed at inculcating in the citizenry the right type of values, skills and attitude for the survival of the individual and the Nigerian society.
