    VIP Sales Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role as a VIP Sales Manager in Abuja.
    • The VIP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our high-net-worth clientele.
    • Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional personalized experience, ensuring the seamless integration of our luxury brand into their lifestyles.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in luxury sales, an understanding of the VIP clientele, and the ability to drive revenue growth through exclusive customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals to elevate the brand's presence in the luxury market.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' preferences, purchasing history, and lifestyle to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from VIP clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new luxury products to clients.
    • Ensure the delivery of an exclusive and personalized shopping experience for VIP clients.
    • Coordinate VIP events, private previews, and bespoke services to enhance client engagement.
    • Stay abreast of luxury market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer behaviors to provide strategic insights for product development and marketing.
    • Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their ability to cater to VIP clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to align VIP initiatives with overall brand objectives.

    Key Competencies:

    • Sales projection, opening new distribution channels, reactivation of dormant accounts, relationship management, se of luxury language/knowledge of the luxury industry, luxury product handling, facilitating meetings, channel sales growth, concierge selling, presentation skills, Key account management, failed sales management, sales process management, product knowledge, corporate sales management, sales team management, B2B, B2C Selling, upselling and cross-selling, prospecting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on VIP client management, and 7 years at the managerial level.
    • Experience in top luxury companies and top-tier banks will be an added advantage.
    • Work experience managing high-net-worth individuals.
    • Work experience working as an Affluent and private banker is an added advantage.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to connect with high-profile clientele.
    • In-depth knowledge of luxury market trends, brands, and consumer behaviors.
    • Strong business acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
