Job Summary

• To ensure that all machines are in good working conditions.
• To ensure strict compliance with the SOP guiding the machines.
• To monitor the usage and consumption of CO2 and Diesel at all times and give an accurate report.
• To ensure that there is a stable and constant power supply to all factory equipment and appliances.
• To monitor power usage and consumption and give the report accurately.
• To ensure that factory generators are in good working condition.
• To carry out daily, weekly, monthly and periodic inspection/servicing and maintenance of factory equipment for better efficiency.
• To ensure that all equipments are switched on/ready for production use.
• To ensure that the Cooling Tower Reservoirs are kept cleaned at all times.
• To ensure that portable water is supplied to every section for production.
• To ensure that the section is clean and kept tidy at all times.
• To ensure proper dress code within the section.
• To Conduct One Point Lesson to all his subordinate
•  To ensure Zero LTA every day.
• And any other duties assigned to you
