Thrift Officers at Operation Smile Foundation

JOB OBJECTIVE –

• To contribute to the institutional development and corporate image of Operation Smile Foundation, through a sustained regular contact with their customers by providing quality services to satisfy the customers.

REPORTING – Thrift Officers report directly to the operations manager.
DUTIES

• To mobilize daily savings for operation smile foundation members
• To inform entrepreneurs about OSF products and encourage them to become members.
• To deposit daily savings collected into OSF designated bank account.
• To ensure that depositors (members) receive confirmation for their deposit.
• To submit daily savings deposit to the I.T unit for documentation.
• To ensure that daily savings deposit are also submitted to the account department for filing.
• To maintain privacy of the customer.
• To ensure to meet/reach set targets.
• To carry out other duties as maybe assigned by the OSF/operations manager.
