    Territory Sales Manager

    Role Summary:

    • As the Territory Sales Manager for Nigeria, you will be entrusted with the multifaceted responsibility of managing our local office and overseeing strategic accounts pivotal to our growth.
    • Your role will encompass driving sales strategies, expanding our client base, and ensuring Media World remains the preferred choice for mobile engagement solutions in the region.
    • Business development will be at the heart of your duties, identifying and cultivating opportunities to further our market presence.
    • Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be a key figure in shaping our commercial endeavors and strengthening our footprint in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a robust strategic plan to hit sales objectives and broaden our clientele.
    • Forge and nurture relationships with crucial clients, ensuring they receive top-tier customer service.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with in-house teams to guarantee client satisfaction.
    • Provide regular business forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
    • Develop and present accurate sales forecasts, anticipating market demands and trends.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring telecom and gaming industry trends and competitors.
    • Uphold the highest standards, ensuring all products and services meet quality and regulatory benchmarks.

    Qualifications:

    • Educational: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or related fields.
    • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in sales, with a background in telecommunications.
    • Prior experience in strategic sales and territory management will be a plus.
    • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
    • Industry Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of the Nigerian market and mobile telecom sector.
    • Skills: Stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Adeptness at sales, business development and forging powerful partnerships.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proven track record in B2B strategic sales.
    • Stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation talents.
    • Adept at sales, business development, and forging powerful partnerships.
    • Prior experience in Sales management will be a plus.
