    Technical Recruitment Specialist

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company, is looking for a qualified Technical Recruitment specialist to join our Human Resource team who will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for the talent pipeline in the organization.
    • You will be responsible for tasks such as CV screening, job posting, and the entire hiring process for the talent pipeline.

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in  human resources is a must.
    • 2-4 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
    • Proven ability to source and screen candidates using a variety of methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Technical Recruitment is an added advantage.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates
    • Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools and resources.
    • Facilitate and conduct rounds of interviews for the technical team.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and desired qualifications.
    • Write and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the position’s responsibilities and requirements.
    • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
    • Assist with the onboarding process
