    Technical Person (Engineer)

    Responsibilities

    • Load and configure software applications, including Windows operating system, Microsoft Office suite, and antivirus programs, on laptops.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with laptops.
    • Repair and replace laptop components as needed, including hard drives, memory, and peripherals.
    • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Ensure all laptops meet quality standards and specifications before delivery to customers.
    • Keep accurate records of repairs, installations, and customer interactions.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
