    Technical Learning and Development Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Training Program Customization:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific training needs and tailor learning programs accordingly.
    • Craft training materials, presentations, and resources that align with the practical requirements of participants.

    Dynamic Training Delivery:

    • Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and simulations that focus on practical skill development.
    • Utilize interactive techniques, group activities, and real-life scenarios to enhance participants' learning journey.

    Resourceful Content Management:

    • Manage and update training content to ensure its relevance and applicability to current industry practices.
    • Organize training materials for easy access by participants during and after the training.

    Performance Assessment:

    • Devise effective methods to assess participants' progress and proficiency in applying newly acquired skills.
    • Administer hands-on tasks, projects, and assessments to evaluate practical competence.

    Tailored Learning Paths:

    • Collaborate with our clients to design customized learning paths that align with the career goals of their employees.
    • Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable training modules to achieve desired outcomes.

    Continuous Enhancement:

    • Collect feedback from participants and clients to continuously enhance training content and delivery approaches.
    • Identify areas for improvement and potential areas of expansion in our training offerings.

    Embrace Technology:

    • Stay updated on innovative learning technologies that can enhance the delivery of practical training.
    • Recommend and integrate virtual learning tools to accommodate remote participants.

    Impactful Reporting:

    • Generate insightful reports on training participation, skill development, and tangible outcomes for clients.
    • Assist clients in understanding the value and return on investment (ROI) of their training initiatives.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering practical training programs.
    • Strong presentation skills with a focus on practical application.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and virtual training tools.
    • Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
    • Collaborative mindset to work closely with clients and internal teams.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple training engagements.
    • Analytical approach to assess training effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
    • Certifications related to training, instructional design, or the training domain are advantageous.
    • Professional demeanor with solid verbal and interpersonal skills
    • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and with a wide variety of people in an environment of rapidly changing deadlines and priorities
    • 1- 2 years of experience in similar role

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or the specific domain of training. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
    • Instructional and/or learning design as well as certification in Facilitation, Coaching, training or leadership programs is an added advantage.
    • 1-3 Experience in a technical space is necessary.
