Qualifications

• BSc / HND, ACA / ACCA
• 3-5 years audit and assurance practice experience in medium sized or large practice.

Skills Set:

• Experience in Training Management and Technical Development Functions.
• Research for and development of technical memos/proposals.
• Total Quality Management Principles & Practice.
• Current or past experience as part-time lecturer or/resource person in ICAN Tuition Houses, Universities, Polytechnics and or training firms.
• Experience in preparing material and delivery of Training and papers for Seminars, Webinars, Conferences and newsletters.
• Quality Assurance processes - Engagement Management, Working papers etc.
• Related computer skills for training delivery –and writing of seminar papers, newsletters, newspaper articles etc - advanced word processing, presentation and graphic design software competencies.
