    Technical Assistant

    Position Overview:

    • The ideal candidate for this role must be highly organized and proactive in providing support to our top executives who oversee multiple subsidiaries and departments across the Group.
    • To be successful in this role, the candidate must be technically skilled, akin to a Financial and business analyst, with the ability to analyze data, develop financial models and simplify business cases for strategic decision making.

    Responsibilities:

    Executive Support:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for our Top Executive, managing and prioritizing communications, correspondence, and appointments.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and assist with travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
    • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.

    Data Analysis and Financial Modeling:

    • Analyze data from various subsidiaries and departments to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast future growth, and support strategic decision-making.
    • Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

    Business Case Development:

    • Work closely with subsidiaries and department heads to gather information and insights for developing business cases.
    • Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of proposed initiatives or projects.
    • Prepare comprehensive business cases outlining the rationale, risks, benefits, and ROI for executive review.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist in drafting and reviewing documents, contracts, and policies as needed. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other members of the executive team and subsidiary and department heads to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
    • Serve as a liaison between the Top Executive and various stakeholders, both internal and external, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Calendar management efficiency
    • Efficiency and effective of administrative support
    • Accuracy of business analysis and financial models
    • Time management and effectiveness in following up on action items and tracking progress.
    • Communication and relationship management
    • Feedback from internal and external stakeholders on communication effectiveness.
    • Number of positive interactions and successful resolutions of inquiries or issues.
    • Absence of breaches in handling sensitive information.
    • Acquisition of new skills or certifications is beneficial to the role.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    • Proven experience (5 – 7 years) as a Technical Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and business case development.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work long hours and weekends when required.
