    Technical Assistant

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Assistant to provide administrative and technical support to our team.
    • The Technical Assistant will assist with a variety of tasks related to technical operations, documentation, and project coordination.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing email correspondence.
    • Maintain organized filing systems for technical documents, reports, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and editing of technical documents, manuals, and presentations.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation and records.
    • Assist in managing inventory of technical equipment, tools, and supplies.
    • Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements as needed.
    • Provide support to technical project teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
    • Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to gather information and coordinate activities.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
    • 3-4 years’ experience in the same or similar role with at least 2 years in any of the Big 4s (i.e. PWC, KPMG, Deloitte or EY), is required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
