Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and carry out the talent acquisition strategy.
Conduct sourcing activities to fill available roles.
Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
Manage recruitment and selection process.
Served as brand ambassador at various career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and create a pipeline for niche roles.
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Work closely with the marketing department to develop employer branding initiatives.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
Remain current on talent acquisition trends and provide ideas to improve hiring activities
Profile
3 to 5 years experience preferably in talent acquisition
Bachelor's Degree
In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
