    Tactical Account Sales Executive

    The Benel Energy Resources Tactical Account and Sales Executive position is a remote field/digital sales job. A great career opportunity that offers flexibility, candidates should preferably have their BA/BS degree and/or be a recent graduate. 1+ years of previous field sales experience (Oil and Gas sector); however, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and energy which will be sufficient in lieu of experience.     We are looking for a competitive individual who can work Independently to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful TAS Executive will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, also research sales competition.

    Responsibility:

    • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
    • Create a Brand awareness through various challenges
    • Glean feedback and supply Market Intelligence:
    • Feedback from the Market on competition e.g., Price, course offerings, delivery methods etc.
    • Apply consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the services to enhance business opportunities and build productive long-lasting relationships
    • Each month you’ll be expected to hit budget and can exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision-makers and key influences, cold calling, etc. A large portion of your time will be spent in the field or digitally.
    • Serve as an industry expert and brand ambassador to educate decision-makers and build rapport by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.
    • Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth.
    • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
    • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
    • Effectively manage, support, and continually update platform database with all appointments, pitches their outcomes.
    • Follow processes with accuracy and attention to detail such as collecting data, contracts, etc. and moving them through the appropriate channels
