    Store Supervisor

    Role Description

    The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory levels and merchandising, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer complaints. The Store Supervisor will also be responsible for managing and supervising staff, providing guidance and support, and conducting staff training.

    • We are seeking a highly experienced Store Supervisor who would play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the store.
    • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and manage stock rotation.
    • Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
    • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve overall store profitability.
    • Ensures orderly storage of incoming goods; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
    • Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
    • Communicates results of inventory reviews to operations manager; collaborates with Warehouse officer to schedule future shipments.
    • Ensures smooth store flow, orderliness, and cleanliness
    • Creates a positive store image through adherence to company policies and standards
    • Report all safety, production, and inventory issues to management and find ways to prevent a reoccurrence

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a retail store, with a minimum of 2 - 3 years in a supervisory role.
    • Supervisory Skills and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills.
    • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
