Spray Painter [ Automobile] at Kloverharris Limited

• In this role, you will play a vital part in restoring and refreshing vehicles to their former glory. You will be responsible for all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishing.
• This is a hands-on position that requires a keen eye, a meticulous approach, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure flawless finishes
• Utilize spray guns and other equipment to apply paint evenly and efficiently
• Mask off areas that are not being painted to prevent overspray
• Apply clear coat for a protective and glossy finish
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols when handling paints and solvents
• May assist with minor body repairs (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Auto Spray Painter (apprenticeship or training program a plus)
• Proven ability to achieve high-quality paint finishes
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong understanding of paint properties, mixing techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
