    Site Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the sites, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
    • Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and coordinating and supervising the block workers.
    • Selecting tools and materials and making safety inspections before, during and after production and ensuring production and site safety.
    • Checking and preparing site reports and maintaining quality control procedures.
    • Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up.
    • Assessing and minimizing risk.
    • Collating and calculating payment of wages for site workers.
    • Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff.
    • Supervising production workers and hiring subcontractors.
    • Having regular meetings with the operators to communicate the company’s standard to them
    • Monitoring building costs and project progress.
