Job Purpose & Mission

We are looking to recruit an experienced sales officer to join our sales team to sell high-end furniture and lifestyle accessories. Also, to create and nurture long term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities & Duties

• Attend to walk in customers’ inquiries
• Provide professional and excellent customer service inproduct selection on the retail shop floor
• Maintain store cleanliness and products display
• Promote sales of high-end furniture and lifestyle accessories
• Identify marketing opportunities for new customers
• Good professional customer care and services
• Coordinate display of merchandise in showrooms
• A constant drive to improve store layout and displays
• Maintain and upkeep of showroom

Skills & Requirements

• 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and sales driven
• Ability to maintain and build customer relationship
• Passionate in Interior design/home furniture industry
• Excellent and enjoy building relationship with customers
