    Senior Sales Marketer

    An ideal candidate must have extensive experience in a top diagnostics Centre within Abuja from a reputable brand or have worked with a known brand in the medical services industry/biotechnology industry with a proven track record.  

    Candidates applying for this role must possess:

    • At least 4 - 6 years of experience in sales and must have held one of these positions: territory manager, business development manager, or similar positions.
    • Proven track record of sales and demonstrable rich customer base in the medical device industry or Healthcare services industry with current cordial relationships with key clients.
    • Ability to implement verifiable experience in marketing and sales strategy in a new or existing team.
    • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
    • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
    • Commercial awareness with strategic mindset.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Roles and duties:

    • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
    • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
    • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and to ensure the maximum retention and immediate conversion of new/potential, clients.
    • Acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
    • Function as an experienced business developer / marketer that will add value to our growth and activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and manage marketing efforts.
    • Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to advise upper management strategically.
    • Promote and expand the company’s commercial activities to generate revenues.
    • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
    • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
    • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
