    Senior Logistics Coordinatior & Management Support Services

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate, manage and execute all vehicle contracts ensuring compliance with terms and conditions in collaboration with Lead, Land Transport Contracts
    • Manage contract performance to meet agreed service level.
    • Manage HSE aspects in vehicle contracts to ensure compliance.
    • Drive and implement the journey management system for Land Transport fleet operations.
    • Contribute to the development of Land Transport contract strategy and for the operation of all vehicles/equipment in SPDC (East/West), to ensure contractors complies to set standards in contract and in the Transport Manual
    • Manage own staff and contractor staff for effective service delivery.
    • Manage vehicles availability and utilization.
    • Manage fleet operation and assure integrity of asset.
    • Maintain accurate data on availability/utilization for strategic reviews.
    • Provide inputs into Land Transport asset replacement plan.
    • Perform checks on all vehicles/equipment (owned or leased) prior to use in SPDC operations.
    • Draw up operations annual budget and be responsible for execution as planned.
    • Assist with and if necessary, lead land transport related incident investigations.
    • Conduct internal inspection, MFIs and participate in internal Audits as per the departmental plans.

    • The personnel that will provide services under the LMS shall have competencies and experience in the following aspects:
    • Logistics expertise and management skills
    • HSSE & Safety management mechanism / competency
    • Oil & Gas industry knowledge
    • Metrics development and implementation experience
    • Analytical mindset and experience
    • Customer and team working focus
    • Relationship management & stakeholder (internal and external) engagement capabilities
